So walked in and stood behind 3 ladies ordering at the display counter. The young guy serves them some cakes to a table.
A woman walked past me and headed to the til where the young guy promptly served her. She walked in after me.
I continued to wait at the display I wished to pick some items from to buy and then another person at the til in line was served after the lady.
So I am guessing my patronage is no longer good enough after going here for over a year.
Won't be returning. Shame the food is great
A week ago today Ives with my mother to have breakfast. We order two lattes two toasts two milk custard’s. The lattes was cold. A group of people behind us came later and got served before us , another couple got served after us. My mom asked the cashier and she just shrugged her shoulder. Half hour later of waiting while everyone is being served the toasts come to the table we got up and left . Better training is needed. The workers lack respect for customers .
Place is falling apart, awful
25 mins for a sandwich? Maybe more staff needed.
The environment doesn't please.
Bread was good and fresh price was so good . I got different kind of bread

Debated going in, looks so rough from the outside that I thought it was closed down. When I went in, the cleanliness and atmosphere does not reflect the standard of that in the Portuguese culture at all. I should have turned around and walked out because what I got was all stale and old. Will not be back!
There was a wide selection, and everything I tried was fantastic.

Great place to eat a steak or chicken sandwich. Great breakfast as well. The baked goods are fantastic. You have to try them.

I've been coming here since they opened and I'm consistently satisfied with the quality of food and beverages they serve. A big part of the portuguese community ( they have the best queijadas de nata you will ever taste ) , just had SOUP today and it was so hearty and a great price for the size, it even came with a bun and butter! The bread always last 3 or days and doesn't so hard the next day like some other places...
Parking: The lines should be repainted

No prices in the menu, you have to guess how much is going to be the total.
I ordered a small grandmother's bread with butter, toasted. The order took half an hour because they forgot and when it came, it tasted like steak. They don't have any type of clean maintenance on the grill nor do they separate foods with fat (bacon, eggs, etc.) from simpler ones like bread. If there were ASAE in Canada like there is in Portugal, this place would have closed long ago. The extractor fan and walls have yellow grease drippings.

How can you call this a cappuccino if you’re going to make an Italian coffee learn how to make it this is not a cappuccino and I doubt it very much if that’s popular.
