The food is good quality, but I would appreciate it if the menu had a bigger variety of entrees. I also noticed some of the silverware and dishes were dirty and not cleaned thoroughly.
The positives at Seasons are that it is tastefully decorated and the waitstaff are friendly. The negatives during our visit were that they couldn’t figure out how to cook eggs “over hard” (looks like the griddle was too hot) and the toast was very untoasted. They also didn’t give a very large portion of hash browns given the price. Somehow 2 two egg breakfast meals, one with OJ and one with coffee came to $53.11 before tip. At that price I’d expect properly cooked eggs...
Despite new ownership of the hotel, there has been no improvement at the Seasons. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but not above average; the lunch and dinner menus are very basic, with nothing exciting about them. The food is bland and the service is spotty, at best. The selection of wines by the glass is modest, with average but no really good wines on it. I guess the administration assumes they have a captive audience with hotel guests and they don't have to try any harder...
