I have been to this location a few times. The staff is friendly and patient. They have a great selection of cakes and pastries and cookies. Second Cup is my favorite coffee place. My favorite coffee drink is caramel corretto and caramel frappe.

It’s not often you can walk into a cafe in a mall and feel like everything and everyone is moving at a 200KPH pace. This Second Cup is one of those rare exceptions. We were met with the calmest and friendliest smiles and greets without feeling any of the fake acts. The service was quick and cool, and the drinks were just as so. Top tier.

bright coffee Cafe with lots of natural light. A fair amount of tables. Well spaced to allow mobility devices easy access. Usually only one staff working, therefore tables may be slow to be wiped up.Variety of cakes, pre-made sandwiches and both hot and cold beverages.Staff are friendly. Cafe is located in Empress walk mall on 2nd floor.

Dietary restrictions: Almond biscotti are gluten free. The are a variety of alternative milk options.
