I had such a wonderful experience thanks to barista Irina! She was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. Irina recommended a drink with almonds, and it turned out to be the best choice — flavorful, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Her professionalism and warm personality made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines great service with such genuine care, but Irina did exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back 🥰

The workers or owner that were serving are terribly rude and overcharge if you’re not watching while placing your order. They talk under their breath and speak in their own language so you would understand. Extremely unprofessional

I had a really bad experience at Seven Cup Café. The latte was so hot that both my friend and I burned our tongues. The taste of the milk and the pastry was also very poor — the pastry tasted like a cheap factory-made cake. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied and will definitely not be going back.

I ordered 2 pesto Naan and 2 vanilla bean lattes with low fat milk extra hot. These are my go to drinks. The beverages were barely warm, and taste terrible. I keep calling store multiple times and no answer. I also left a message. I love second cup, however, lately it's disappointing.

I love atmosphere in this location, however, lattes are too hot for my taste (this comes from a person who drinks 100 degrees hot teas :) ). Got burned a few times. The bakery is great and ice drinks are tasty too!
For a city full of Tim hortons shady coffee, second cup is considered good coffee

Picked up the Nanaimo Bar Flash Cold Brew with coconut and it was SO good. I don’t usually go to second cup, but their coffee is actually very good. Wish they had drive thru for convenience though.
