Very tasty but salty!!
Everything I've selected is very salty and I need to keep drinking water while eating. It tastes good! But I can't stop thinking about how unhealthy it must be.

I ordered Combo 3 with 2 meat entrées, and I’m extremely disappointed. The shrimp portion was ridiculous — only 3 pieces of shrimp were included, and 2 pieces chicken.
For the price I paid, I expected a reasonable serving, not something that feels misleading. This was my first time ordering here, and sadly it will likely be my last unless portion sizes and accuracy improve.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never had an issue, until recently. Last month, I ordered Combo 4, which includes two meat options. I always choose double of the same meat, specifically the bourbon-style chicken. This time, I was told that “management” changed the pricing and that selecting the same meat twice now costs an additional $1.00.
I wasn’t upset about the dollar itself, but about the inconsistency. When I asked why this price change wasn’t reflected on the menu, I was told it had “just changed” and that a letter-sized paper placed below the menu supposedly mentioned it. I clearly stated that any price change should be properly reflected on the main menu.
I returned again recently, and unsurprisingly, nothing had been updated. The menu still makes no mention of an extra charge for choosing the same meat twice. When I brought it up, the cashier repeated the same line, that the price “just changed.” I reminded her that I had spoken to her about this a month ago, and the excuse was exactly the same.
This is misleading, inconsistent, and unprofessional. If management chooses to increase prices, the menu should clearly reflect that change. Customers shouldn’t be left guessing or feeling deceived.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!! Very misleading pricing menu and paid $16 for a meal that was advertised as $10.80. Cashier could not explain what a “side” was! AVOID THIS PLACE and spend your money elsewhere! Oh, and the food sucked on top of that too!!!

The best mall Chinese food I’ve had in about 20 years.. And it was fast and cheaper than almost everything else in the food court. Everything seems fresh and is flavourful, completely exceded my expectations. I will be returning.

Wanted to grab a protein meal for myself so I had a combo 1 with veggies instead of rice or noodles for take out. The lady literally only gives 1 scoop of the meat. This is 11 plus tax. Any other food place would give you more than that. Very stingy. Do not eat here. I definitely will not return. Let them close down and hopefully a better food place that gives proper serving portions gets out in its place.

Unnecessarily stingy and cost-cutting! Staff at the counter gave me only 4 pieces of beef in my combo meal for $13+tax and more than half of my box was rice - it was not half rice and half meat as advertised. What a rip off! I was already not happy with the food, but when I went back after my meal to ask for napkins, they asked me to PROVE that I ordered food from them. I already finished my meal and returned my tray and I didn't take a receipt. I explained this to them, but they said napkins were for customers only and if I couldn't prove that I was a customer, I couldn't have any napkins. An employee from Jimmy the Greek next door was kind enough to give me napkins instead. It really rubbed me the wrong way that the staff at Shanghai 360 weren't even willing to spare me a napkin, regardless of if I was a paying customer or not. It's just a napkin, calm down guys. How cheap do you have to be to ask someone to prove they are a customer before giving them a napkin??

Food portion was so small — literally felt like I paid for air.
Very disappointing. The portion was not worth the price at all.
On top of that, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive.
