Convenient location but This place is a hit or miss depending on who is working there. Sometimes you get good service and sometimes you’ll walk in when the place is empty and the workers will fully ignore you while having a casual conversation. Don’t bank on this place if you really need service but it’s definitely convenient and keep a plan B if you don’t get served at all. They also cancel Uber eats orders sometimes.

You don’t go here to eat in, because it is very dirty. The guy behind the counter didn’t speak much English and kept trying to out pickle no matter how many times I said no. Was very surprised when it actually tasted ok. My French fries were places one by one into the container. Just happy he actually had gloves on

I ordered the mixed beef and chicken shawarma, and it was a terrible experience. The meat was black, dry, and very tough. I kept repeating my order and asking for certain things to be added, but the staff didn’t pay attention at all. They wrapped the sandwich so poorly that the bread completely opened up, everything fell out, and it was impossible to eat properly. I couldn’t even finish it. Definitely not recommended.

Went in at 230am and there were more fruit flies than there were diced tomatoes. Lost my appetite and didn't eat there.

Trash food. Not fresh at all. Smells real bad. We ordered just one rice dish and couldn't finish it (3 people party). Glad we didn't order more as it's pricey. Do not recommend it to anyone. We also had a kid with us and there was no highchair!

What an awful experience. Guy serving us was rude and dismissive, food sucked even more than the service. Couldn’t recommend less

The worst shawarma I’ve ever had in my whole life—tasteless, very very poor quality, and matched by terrible service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Shawarma Max. The staff member serving me did not speak English clearly, which made communication very difficult. On top of that, the food was not fresh, and the service was extremely rude. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt ignored and disrespected. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff member working there was extremely unfriendly, with no smile or sense of welcoming. It felt as though serving customers was a bother to him. On top of that, the food wasn’t fresh and was highly overpriced for the quality provided. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The staff were unprofessional, and the service was very poor. Visiting this store is a waste of both time and money.

DISGUSTING FOOD 🤢🤢
This store should be checked by health Canada.
Got me food poisoning right after I ate the shawarma. The quality of ingredients is really bad and very dirty hygiene in the store. The store smells like crap and upon asking the guys working there to start the hvac, they said the owner asks to keep the door open instead of turning the hvac on.
Very poor customer service.
Save your money and go someplace else if you don’t want to be sick. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTSSS!!!

I don’t even know where to start. This was hands down one of the most revolting food experiences I’ve ever had. I walked into what I thought was a shawarma spot, but it felt more like a biohazard zone.

There were FLIES. Everywhere. Not one or two – swarms. Buzzing around the food prep area, landing on the meat, even crawling on the sauces and bread. One even landed in my wrap while the guy was making it — and he just brushed it off like that was totally normal?! Spoiler alert: it’s not.

The place smelled like something had died in the corner and no one cared enough to clean it. Sticky floors, overflowing trash bins, and a general aura of don’t eat here if you value your health.

I took one bite just to confirm what I already feared — the meat tasted like it had been sitting out all day (probably longer). Greasy, bland, and questionably warm. I threw it straight in the trash, and honestly, I should’ve just left the second I saw the flies having their own buffet behind the counter.

After that I asked the worker/ owner for a refund but he said he can’t do it and I ate the shawarma so he wouldn’t give me a refund at all.

Health department, if you’re reading this — send someone immediately.

This place used to be decent, but something has definitely changed. The quality has gone downhill and tastes awful.
