I have been coming here for years, amazing quality and the staff would always give extra protein at times, but most importantly they had great customer service. The new staff barely served me any protein, mostly vegetables, very disappointed.

This is the worst shawarma I've ever had in Canada. I ended up with more vegetables than in a vegetable salad and only two pieces of chicken. They have a poster advertising shawarma for $9 CAD, but when you order, they say they only have the $13 CAD version and start adding toppings. Fine, but then they added more tomato and cucumber, so the wrap was full of vegetables. Finally, they added two pieces of almost raw chicken. If you have $13 CAD to spend, just give it to someone in need; at least you'll get some blessings. Never spend your money here. I usually don't give negative reviews, but this is clearly a ripoff and should be shut down.

We've ordered several times from this location and we keep trying again thinking it will be different, however this is the last time. When delivered you will get terrible portions. Upgraded to a large salad and it was certainly not a large. Wrap was 80% veggies. Order from Osmow's, you'll get way more meat and much better value.

Food was decent, but the staff was pretty rude. Didnt greet or anything and just ignored for straight 10-15 minutes till there were like 6 more people. The was ‘meh’. Went there to try it, but thats the first and last visit. Oh also, the tables and the location itself is pretty messy, so I just did a takeout and ate at mel lastman sq.

My favourite shawarma place. I like the beef a lot more than the chicken. Their prices on door dash are crazy tho i dont know if this is some sort of scam but they charging 20$ for a combo when in person it is a lot lower. Also the food app doesnt let you pick your toppings which is stupid and ruins the food with weird toppings like cucumbers. Theres also this one weird guy whos annoying and ive never seen this guy before (ive been coming here for years) and he is never welcoming and always ruins something intentionally.

The employees have no sense of customer service. They are not generous with portions at all especially compared to their prices. Just do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
