We were charged holiday price for Easter Monday lunch, which came out to about $40 each after tax and tip.Food was pretty good overall. Our group really enjoyed the miso marinated kalbi short rib and ordered a lot of it. The kimchi here is pretty good, but the bibimbap isn't as good. Also don't love that you have to pick between soft serve or melona for dessert. Service was decent, the staff were pretty attentive about grill changes but not so much about removing empty dishes from our table.One thing we didn't love was we ordered chicken thighs and when it came, it was mixed in the same plate with other meats like beef and sausage. Just better in my opinion to separate them to reduce the risk of getting sick.

From the delicious food to the impeccable service, every aspect of the evening exceeded my expectations. A standout was the service from Daniel a guy with yellow hair. He was so kindly and patient with us. I was so impressed that I tipped him $100, his service was worth it! I definitely will come Shinta again with my family.

The beef ribs, tiger shrimp, pork belly and bibimbap were especially delicious, and the contribution of the waiter Daniel was indispensable. His service was both professional and friendly, making sure our table was always filled with our favorite dishes. Daniel's familiarity with the menu allowed him to make excellent recommendations, and his attention to detail made us feel especially respected and cared for. Especially he was able to find out in time that our baking pan needed to be replaced to ensure that we would not eat mushy food.Whether it was the presentation of the food or the prompt response to our needs, Daniel demonstrated his excellent service spirit. I felt that most places' service, food, and atmosphere have been super mediocre since the pandemic. However, this institution has completely blown me away, and all I can say to myself is, how have I not stumbled across this place earlier? I was compelled to write a review for this place as I was blown away by the atmosphere, excellent service, and, best of all, the exquisite food options.Upon walking in, I was immediately amazed by the atmosphere and its beauty. I couldn't help but smile all the way until we were seated by our host, whose name I had forgotten to note, but his service was on par with both the amazing food and atmosphere. Our host wasted no time in bringing us our menu and side dishes, also offering good suggestions regarding what to order. Overall, it's hard to pick a favorite thing here, so I would recommend trying pretty much everything. Personally, my favorites were the thinner cuts of meat. I was very pleased with the service we received; our host was extremely attentive and anticipated our needs without us having to ask. He refilled our waters promptly, checked in with us after we finished ordering, and even noticed when the sunlight was bothering my friend's eyes, promptly closing the blinds without being asked.While indulging in the delicious food, I noticed other patrons being seated with the same reaction as me, unable to stop smiling as the atmosphere truly stood out. Even the washrooms were super secluded and clean. To conclude my experience here, when we received our bill, it was only 50 dollars, including the tip, so there was no awkwardness in figuring out tipping amounts. Additionally, we were treated to a delicious dessert of Melona ice cream with plenty of flavor options like melon, strawberry, banana, mango, etc. These ice creams were really nostalgic to me, as the last time I had them was as a child.Overall, I would rate this experience a 10/10 and would highly recommend it.
