Shirini Sara Pastry House

This is the worst cake reservation I have ever experienced. We have tried to reach out to the bakery via phone calls and e-mail a few times until they picked up. We reserved for a blueberry cake as a birthday cake on Friday to pick-up on Sunday. We asked if there were any additional details needed from us and they said no. Fast forward on Sunday late afternoon for pick-up, the lady said the cake was picked up (we presumed they ended up selling it another customer during the day) and we needed to pick up the cake on the morning of that day. We were never informed nor reached out about needing to have the cake picked up at a specific time. Having no choice, we ended ordering a pistachio cake on the spot and the lady offered a discount to the cake, even though we don't even know how much of a discount she's giving since the establishment does not normally put out their cake prices for us to see.

The whole experience was an absolute mess and we were deeply disappointed at how it was handled altogether. We will never order from this place ever again.

Its clean and relax environment made a good stop for afternoon coffee & snack. The chicken piroshki was generous but needs to warm up a bit more. There are quite a few pastry selection but not much in the beverage menu. There was only the boss serving behind the counter, it got a little line up when the crowd came in. There is room for improvement.

Extremely unhappy. Is this the pistachio cake?? Full of butter. BB coffee was mush better

You can ask them to build custom eggless cakes. We absolutely love the pistachio flavoured!

We found them accidentally searching on google, we were in a rush to get a cake for a birthday and found this amazing cute lil pastry house .. since then we never chose any other pastry shop let it be big or small celebrations we always travelled from Brampton to this shop just to enjoy their pastries.. there pistachio cake is to die for !! And the walnuts and raisins cupcakes is the best in Toronto ❤️🙌🏻 they have never once disappointed us with the taste and quality.. we ordered my daughter’s first birthday cake on a very short notice and we told them how we wanted our cake and you can look at the pictures they just nailed it !! All my guests just loved the cake and relished everything and it was a clean sweep 😋😋 .. if you are looking for the best looking cakes with mind blowing taste of flavour this place won’t disappoint you 🙌🏻❤️ .. they make everything with so much love and care .. keep up the good work guys !! ❤️🤩

We have always and always supported this business because they keep their promise to get the best out put of any cake we order ! We wanted a paris theme cake which was so beautifully made sophisticated and elegant big big hug to the whole team of shirini sara ❤️ we gave them last min order for the cake smash and they did such an amazing job 🤗 . Adding all the pictures of the cakes we have ordered till date ❤️ thank you once again and more power to you guys !!

This place has become our fave spot for Sunday mornings. If you are looking for great coffee, decent prices and people that prepare your order with great care, this is THE spot.
The best part? to sit down in the comfy couches listening to jazz music… talk about amazing ambiance! Overall 10/10 spot!
