This place is fantastic. We live in the area and have been coming here for years. The staff are all friendly and the cupcakes are so moist and delicious ! We recently ordered a cake for our daughter’s birthday and definitely were not disappointed. Highly recommend this place.

Today I went to short and sweet to get cupcakes for takeout. I got a smore and a chocolate cupcake to go. It was so good. I haven’t been there in so long because there is no parking available so it’s hard to find it. I miss having their cupcakes. I would definitely go there again and order it again.

Their cheesecake bars are to die for! The flavours are all very different but all very good. Perfectly creamy and the toppings add a good crunch. It's reasonably priced and portions are big. One cheesecake bar is enough for 2 people. It isn't overly sweet and doesn't feel like a block of straight sugar. I highly recommend! I've never had a cheesecake bar as good as this one anywhere else

Have ordered their cakes and cupcakes for a few birthdays and they are excellent. The service is even better. After picking up a special order recently, we didn’t realize that one item was missing until arriving back home (was just a minor miscommunication when picking up). We called the store and they offered to correct it immediately and delivered the missing item to our house within a few hours. Really went above and beyond for a customer. Highly recommend - local businesses like this should be supported.

I walked in just after 11 AM today, (Feb. 7-24) & the Cashier was on the phone answering Q&A about products & prices. I was waiting to be served & when I realized it was not going to end soon, I left after 5-minutes & went up the road to Brunos & bought the desserts I needed. She did not even acknowledge me in any way, even though she saw me, go figure !What the Cashier should have done was put the Q&A person on hold to attend to a paying customer, instead the company lost a sale because of her bad judgement.

Update your hours on Google Maps. I travelled 30 mins+ one-way to try the most awaited sammies but unfortunately, it was closed even though it said open on Google Maps. :(
You guys have great products! Unfortunately, I just made a 25min, one way drive to your store on December 27, 2023 to find a sign on the window, stating that you're closed for over 2 weeks. You close for that long and can't be bothered to update your hours on Google maps, which states that you're open until 4pm. That's trash. You can do better.

Beyond shocked by this place what they put us us through.We have called for the cake of my 4 years old daughter. Explained that we are limited to where can order cake from since we need only peanut free certificate for the venue we were using.Gentleman on the phone told me no problem just send me the picture of the cake and I told him for how many pieces.Two days before the bdays they called me to tell me that they just looked at the picture and they can’t make this cake.What my daughter end up with is a cup cake for her big party. It was her fist cake and bdays that she truelly was waiting for for months.I am usually okey and not a difficult client and understand mistakes happen but what really is not normal is the fact that there was no apology or any solution. I spoke to people that completely have no empathy and frankly hate their job.I am sure if to try the cake there would be more things to say as it can’t be good with this attitude and atmospheresThis place destroyed my daughters special day

Very disappointment in the service. My mom comes here often because she likes the red velvet and described to me when she came for walk in before the listed closing time and the doors were locked and the four employees inside completely ignored her. It’s fine if you decide to close early for the day but at least acknowledge her as a customer and say something along the lines of “sorry we’re closed for the day!”. I hope no one has to feel like this when they come here
