Worst service ever. Disrespectful people working inside the restaurant. Worst staff ever. Hire new people who are at least respectful or teach them some basic manners. Illiterate people.

I placed an order online and waited for a long time while the staff was chatting and not making drinks. After I asked, I found out that there were still online orders and they told me that they were very busy and had to order them one by one. It was really outrageous.

The girl at the front desk has a lousy attitude. Among all the front desks I've seen in Toronto, she ranks among the top three. She just goes home if she doesn't want to go to work. What a shame to the customers. The extra star is to thank her for not going to the point of scolding the customers.

Milk tea was always good. I like how they put all the toppings in their milk tea! But this time,I ordered a Uber eats on 1:40. App tells me will arrived at 1:55. But when I check at 2pm, it still in the store, and the arrive time delays to 2:20. Crazy how Uber coordinate their orders. But when the milk tea arrives to me, it’s already cold.

Tried the strawberry drink once now I’m addicted, the guy who works there always knows my order and makes it on time, amazing customer service. Store was 2 min from closing and still made my drink for me. 5/5 ⭐️ the guy who works there I forget his name but he deserves a raise ???

I only order delivery here. Surprised to see the ratings so low. I had to check out the store on Google because I liked their drink very much. I ordered it from fantuan. I'll order again this week and see how it goes. But I can say their drinks are really good from my recent order. They actually follow sugar levels and their drinks are fresh.

This is my first time to come here, and I had a very bad experience with terrible service. Before that, your tea was in my bucket list. But now, I WON’T COME BACK AGAIN.I came for the promotion - buy one get one free. I am not sure if I can choose all the drinks in the menu for this promotion, so I asked the staff for that. And she replied me “over there”, but I did not get what she means, she said again “over there”. This is my first time to be here, how do I know the meaning of “over there”???? She did not point out the direction to me, just saying “over there”. Finally, she said to me that “over there, on the door.”Secondly, the staff did not tell me the free one need to be same as the original order. After I ordered two drinks in different flavours, she confirmed with me that “ 4 teas in total” I was like “?? 4 teas? I can only order the same drinks for this promotion if I want to get 2 drinks in total?” She did not tell me in advance.I’m really disappointed that there are no instructions for the promotion on the drinks. I checked the poster, the words of promotion drinks are really really really SMALLER than other brands. What do you expect your customers to know about the drinks for promotion?Rude service and bad poster design.I was excited to try your tea in my first time, but now, I won’t come back again.

I guess the rumor was trueThe blonded girl is so rude about taking the orderI ordered 2 drinks and she asked about the sugar levelI ask which one ?( for both drinks or what cause usually they have fixed sugar and ice)And she was mad, yelling at me : YOU WANT NO SUGAR OR LESS )Im so fed up with chinese people living in canada for thousands of years and barely speak the languageIm asian too and at least Im trying to learn the languageSo I was just say no sugar and get it over withI was gonna tip but not with that attitude.Drinks are always good.

The girl placing online orders had a bad attitude. She wouldn't tell me what type of drinks were available. Their in-store orders were DOUBLE the online price. Got charged $10 for a plain milk tea!! I'm not happy about it.
