Tried Simbas and overall had a good experience. For $21, I got two sandwiches (one Nashville hot chicken, one beef patty with jalapeño pickle), fries, their signature sauce, and a drink, which is a solid combo.
The fries were perfect—very similar to Costco-style fries, which is what you’d expect from a shawarma-style spot, and they didn’t disappoint. The Nashville chicken tender was juicy, well-seasoned, and paired really nicely with the coleslaw. The beef patty sandwich was also satisfying.
The place is located in a food court–style plaza, so seating feels more like a canteen. There’s plenty of free parking, which is a big plus. However, the washroom could use improvement—only one sink was working during my visit. We waited 15 minutes for the food which is pretty good pace.
Food-wise, I really enjoyed it, but pricing feels a bit high. Personally, this meal would make more sense around $15 rather than $21.
Overall, great food and solid portions, just room for improvement on pricing and facilities.

I used to love it, now when ever I order flame they r giving me a plain bugger after waiting for more than 60 minutes. It's really bad 👎 I hate this kind off service. This is my 3 rd time order . And they won't lift our call.

I'm actually addicted to this place - but for good reason! Incredibly fresh food, all made to order and consistent in quality. Even the single-tender sandwiches are filling, but even when ordering larger portions, I don't find myself feeling overwhelmed after (though I do recommend visiting on an empty stomach). Smashburgers are great, and the heat really makes them stand out from other places. Milkshakes are quite good. No complaints about anything at all - especially ever since cleaners started coming to the food court much more often (nothing to do with Simba's to be clear). Keep doing what you're doing and expect to keep seeing me a lot 😂

Hands down one of the best Nashville-style fried chicken sandwich places in the city, and our go-to on the regular. Love their Smash Burgers too. The serving size is brilliant, and the flavours are intense. While delivery options exist, I highly recommend you eat on site at the food court as you get the best experience when the food is fresh. The chicken retains its crunchiness before the sauces do their thing. Our new absolute favourite on the menu is their Chopped Cheese on Fries. Basically Smash Burgers meets Poutine. It is quite a healthy serving that can easily be shared between two people. The staff are wonderful and clearly love what they do.

If you’re craving Nashville hot chicken in Toronto, this spot is an absolute gem! The quality, quantity, and price are miles better than the famous Dave’s Hot Chicken. It’s tucked away in a simple food-court setting, but don’t let that fool you, the food is unbelievably delicious!
The chicken is perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the hot honey is the perfect combo. I’ve tried a lot of hot chicken in the city, and this place easily stands out. Highly recommend! 🔥🍗
