Smoke 'N' Roti Reviews
Was there today with my trini friend and we got doubles, veggie dhal puri, aloo pie and curry potato and channa and dhal puri. It was so good. The lady made us feel like we were back home and the food is amazing. I'll be coming back for sure. It's the Guyanese and trini ladies with the little girl that kept dropping her wallet. Lol. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food.
I have not been to this plaza since precovid so the only place I really knew was the A and w- no more!! Smoke n Roti is my new fave! I was too late to get a home made beef patty but that is for my next visit. J*** chunks are blunt cut pieces of j*** chicken. If I could just have had that j*** sauce and the rice and peas I would have been happy. Coleslaw is never my thing but because it was closing time the owner threw in a leftover fried plaintain fritter. I don’t even like...read full review

Smoke 'N' Roti is a popular restaurant known for its great service and delicious flavors. The oxtail stew and roti are flavorful and filling, and the beef patty and aloo pie are very popular. Customers praise the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is a good choice for Caribbean cuisine lovers, offering classic dishes like Jerk chicken and Curry chicken with a special twist. The chef, Anthony, makes everything fresh and full of flavor. There are many veggie options, including Curry potato, Channa, and veggie roti. The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has lots of free parking. Service is friendly and treats customers like family, with some customers noting they prefer cash but still accept AMEX. Special lunch deals, such as jerk chicken for only 12.98 until 7 pm, are highly recommended. Customers also enjoy the well-prepared food, especially the goat dishes, which are highly praised. The jerk chicken is often cooked on a charcoal grill, adding a smoky flavor, and the hot sauce can be quite spicy, so it’s best to go easy if sensitive to heat. The staff is welcoming and proud of their food, and the portions are generous, with doubles being large enough to serve as a meal on their own. The dining area is small and can be busy during peak hours, but overall, the experience is enjoyable with tasty food and a friendly environment.
