worst falafel i've ever had... stale pita, balls tasted rancid from bad oil, toppings weren't very good and tasted old, i feel like vomiting tbh.

We are a couple from Toronto initially and moved to Kingston and owned the mug and truffle chocolate cafe we used gryfes shipped in. We met owners, Really great folks very informative reheating bagels, Btw Great Bagel... We bought three strudel type desserts And 2 challahs. One comment challah was is awful even Loblaws independant has better Egg bread (challah) I suggest you change recipe and slice thickness...

The bagels are yummy and so is the falafel. However, the owner is so rude. The way he treats his employees is unacceptable. Today, he was yelling on his phone to someone , and generally, yelling all throughout the store. This is not OK.

Poor service and food that seems like it was made a few days ago. Counter service sub par for the price and in general. Wonât go back and you shouldnât either.

Had the worst experience here today when trying to buy bagels. The âgentlemanâ at the counter yelled and barked at me when I asked the price of the bagels as they were bagged up already. I would have rather purchased from a local shop like this instead of a grocery store but I will never support them again as this is an atrocious way to treat customers. Beware: customer service is a ZERO.

An ok average bagel place with other bakery items too. Nothing fancy or special on bagels . $1.5 for 1 bagel seems a bit more but ok to try once a while.

For the price you pay for a bagel you would expect quality and a cleaner establishment - I was shocked when I had to pay $22 for 2 bagels, a complete rip off scam. The bagels werenât baked properly either. Pretty tasteless everything bagel⊠I was pissed off but Iâm never coming back here and I donât recommend anyone else either. All their baked goods looked like burnt dough with sugar sprinkled on top. PRIMAROSE bagels is way better

DISGUSTING! Do not buy food from here. Went in to try Soul Bagel as Gryfeâs was closed today. I watched as previous customer handled bagels with his bare hands and not with tongs. Then the woman with grey hair at cash handled that customerâs cash with her gloved hand and then proceeded to handle my bagels with the same dirty gloved hand. When I told her that her hands were dirty after handling cash, she laughed and said itâs not a big deal. NOT KOSHER! Never going back to this unsanitary place.

Got the chicken shawarma. The rice was dry and was microwaved - no dressing on the salad. The chicken was salty and very hard to chew. Paid $19.50 ish and it was not good at all.
