Made customer wait forever and i was the only customer there. I was never able to order.

All kinds of drinks are very innovative. The first one is the grapefruit American style. I am also looking forward to the fusion of brushed yogurt and various fruits in the future! The rest of the drinks could be better with a little improvement, but overall they're pretty good.

I bought a black sesame latte. After paying for it, I waited for a long time and was told that there were no black sesame seeds in the store. I asked her for a recommendation and said that she would not refund the money, so I had to ask my colleagues, and my colleagues didn’t know how to do it. I called the boss and asked, but the boss said that he could only refund cash. It took a long time to buy a coffee from ordering to refund. I didn’t buy anything. The clerk didn’t understand the whole process.

Zero customer service here. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge the customer standing in front of you and let them know you'll be helping them soon.

Disappointing order experience and customer service.

I ordered two sandwiches in advance from their website because I was in a rush. When I arrived at the counter, they informed me that one of the items was unavailable. Despite having my contact information, they made no effort to reach out via phone or email to notify me. I had to choose a different item, then waited 30 minutes for my order, even though the place wasn’t busy. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

The food was mediocre—not terrible, but you can likely find better options in the neighbourhood for the same price.

Despite lack of recent reviews we decided to try them out. They're a bit pretentious for a food court but maybe they have great stuff....

The lady at the counter was busy, there was 1 customer, I assume waiting for his order... So I waited.... 5 minutes later she still refuses to acknowledge us despite being directly infront of her. Their menu has changed (no more Napoleons). Another 5 minute goes by and it's obvious she doesn't want our business. The cheesecake on display looked sad, the Madeleines didn't look fresh either so we decided to take it business elsewhere. And found a little bakery in the same mall.

Place looks cute and service was decent. Only had the Madeleines and they were dry and stale. Perhaps their other items are good but don't get the Madeleines.
