St. Louis Bar & Grill

On Friday, December 13, 2024, between 8:10 and 9:10 in the evening, we sat inside and ate and drank something. The girl working there came to the table 40 times in 1 hour and asked if we wanted anything. She kept asking as if she wanted us to get up. Finally, she brought the bill and we got up. It was ridiculous, a terrible situation. I paid a bill of 170$ in 1 hour. The girl working constantly acted as if she wanted us to get up. I don't know her name. We were sitting at the first table on the right at the entrance, there were 5 of us. We will never come here again.

One of the worst service, it was our 3rd time in this location and its getting worse every visit. The supposed to be “Saucy” boneless wings are so dry. Service was so slow, how come it takes 3 calls and 20mins total just to have our bill and a single container?
Its so funny that St. Louise was the reason i started liking chicken wings, compared to the Yonge & Finch location that i went in the first time, the Hot and Honey wings are swimming in the actual sauce which is very nice, but this location is so bad, dry “saucy” chicken and very slow servers. I wish the management fix these unless the management itself is also bad. Not coming back to this location.

So bad experience on this location.
The chicken is dry and waited too long for the bill.
This is the third time that we get the boneless chicken so dry even though they are supposed to be saucy. Plus getting the bill takes forever, this is the third time as well that we have to wait more than 20 minutes just to pay.

Still got the best wings I’ve ever had but sad they took out the carrots and celery with it.

Could’ve passed up on their pizza

The food was excellent! I ordered wings with ribs, and they were really good. However, the service was average not particularly friendly, but not bad either. One downside was that our food took 45 minutes to arrive. Overall, great food, but the wait time could definitely be improved.”

Great food! This is a place that has maintained the same high standard for over a decade. Excellent and fast service as well, atmosphere is ok, can't help getting the ocassional sketchy crowds from the bars next door but nothing too bad. This is and will continue to be our go-to spot on Friday nights after hockey games for our family. Keep it up guys. Great job!

Tables are uncomfortably crowded, food is meh, service is slow and waitress kept being clueless where their dishes are to be served, internet so slow that their stream keeps freezing (stream was fine on the phone), crowd was terrible (lotta Ukrainian or some other slavic ppl talking loud, non stop "suuka blyat" lol. Some dude was keep trying to hug a waitress) We will definitely go elsewhere to watch sporting events.

Came in yesterday morning and Jayden and Jax were awesome! Super helpful and wonderful service!

Compared to the other branches, the quality of everything was worse. The waitress's behaviour, food quality and the time waiting for the food.
