Got seated and waited 20m. Not one bit of acknowledgement from staff once we sat down. I understand being busy and potentially understaffed as I saw even the bartender running a section, but even a 'sorry well be with you' would have kept us from walking. I don't even think the waitresses looked at us once.

Mya was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly attentive, quick, and provided excellent service. Very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable—her kindness and efficiency made the experience outstanding. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience here ! Every server has attitude and seems to not care at all!
They also have trust issues, my husband wanted to go for a smoke and the blonde server kept asking him to settle up first… he went out for a smoke 3 times and each time they asked him to pay his bill first

This is the only St Louis location that I’ve ordered take out from that puts as many fries as you can count on your fingers, in what they consider a “meal.” And this isn’t a one time occurrence.

We showed up to this location with 25 people without a reservation and several kids - on a Friday night! Not only were they able to accommodate us, but they also went out of their way to provide exceptional service. The food came out fast and it was all great quality. There were plenty of options beyond just wings.

The kids kept talking about their server Megan - what a wonderful experience! Well done! We will most definitely go back.

I waited for 20 minutes for them to call me for a table and they didn't. I went back and they told me to wait 20 more minutes. I waited half an hour. When I came back they told me to wait 10 minutes outside in a temperature of -10 degrees. I was with my 3 children, 9, 4 and 7 years old. I went to Moxies. This place is much better.
