Starbucks

Does this store close?I mobile ordered yesterday, and card balance was down. I want to solve my problem .

Awesome location, great staff, hidden a bit, so not normally massive crowded.I love the staff here, just a great bunch of ppl.My orders are normally pretty simple.The loss of a star, is due to clutter, sometimes difficult to navigate in a power wheelchair.

I went to this starbucks this morning (oct 19th,2021 around 9:30Am) .Jason (Asian guy) first of all gave me a Short instead of a Venti (which i actually ordered). I was charged for the Venti also. I didn't realize this until later as I had to catch the train.On top of that, he had attitude and bad customer service skills. Absolutely terrible experience.

11/05/2021-around 10:30AM. Ordered grande dark roast. I believe the person who made the coffee was Dre or the other Filipino guy. Found grounded coffee beans towards the end of the cup. Disgusting.Will go back to Timmies.

Isn't this inside the subway station? I can't pick up here because it's inside the station. One of the photos showing nice outdoor cafe is obviously outdated.

Asked for a ‘tiktok’ drink and the barista made the exact drink. Service was fast and satisfactory. Would recommend this starbucks to everyone

Love mobile ordering here as it’s on route and they get it done fast. Friendly staff too. Lost a star because you forgot to add my herb & garlic cream cheese to my bagel today and I was really looking forward to it.Update: Got my cream cheese today so they get their star ⭐️

I came from out of town and ordered through the app, failed to notice it was on the paid side of the subway. I had to buy a ticket to get to the Starbucks. The staff had my order ready within the estimated time and they were extremely nice. The next day i was pondering going to another location since I had to pay the subway fair. I choose to visit this location again and pay the fair cause I knew they'd have my stuff good to go. Customer service and reliability brought me back. Its not that hard to screw up a coffee and prepare some food but I've seen it done

Conveniently located inside the subway station so you can grab your coffee while on your commute. Staff have been kind everytime I’ve visited, no complaints here!

I ordered black ice coffee without any sweetener, but I got the coffee with syrup. But thanks for the nice service

I had visited this place 3 times in a week. On one of the visit the salesperson Jean was so rude with his behaviour. He was not only rude to me but was also very mean to his co- workers. Very bad service by Jean. No complaints on any other visits as this guy was not there.

My favorite barista was Natalie, wonder where she ended up. fantastic service and great smile.

Clean and friendly environment. Delicious drinks and baked goods!
