I was waiting for my order for at least 10 min and when I went to ask they told me my name was called twice, so my order was just there waiting for me. I did not hear anything at all, the person should call with normal voice so that customers can hear. I was right there and nobody called my name, my order was just left there. As a result my coffee was cold. Very disappointed. Aside this - nice place, not too bad.
