This was the first Starbucks that I have been to that instead of adding more ice to the drink if the cup is not full they add more of the drink itself. Finally a Starbucks who respects the term light ice!

I don’t know why I felt discriminated at this store. I know that I’ve been always polite. I shrugged when I wasn’t welcomed as the others (not a big deal). When they made my drink wrong why they made me feel that it’s my fault. Looking at me from head to toe. Especially the old lady in there.

Highly unprofessional staff. Employees were casually chatting with each other while making orders as slowly as possible. The line at the registry was piling up because no one was taking orders. Left in a rush and realised server ended up giving me the wrong order as well.

& Roan needs to change he’s attitude, he is always rude to the other employees especially in front of customers.
I only still visit this location because of Michela, she’s a delight. Her drinks are always done exactly how I like it. *****

This is the second time I have come to this Starbucks and I am very disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms. The bathroom were very dirty and smelled very bad. Not to mention one of the employees was arguing with his co-worker in front of the customers. Well never again!

The worst starbucks,,,, ordered lavender cream oat matcha and the bald guy made it without any syrup or lavender cream foam….. asked second time to correct it…. But it was still made the same way and tastes horrible.
