Just saw a kid accidentally knock over a full cup of coffee he had just gotten. He looked super upset, and it seemed like his day was ruined. But the staff handled it amazingly—they finished all the ongoing orders first, then quickly made him a new cup and totally saved his day. Everyone there could feel how thoughtful the gesture was, and I’ll definitely remember this act of kindness. If the manager sees this, it really shows your company culture is top-notch—make sure to give your team a round of applause!

Oh, and the custom coffee I ordered was absolutely amazing—made with care, not just a couple of pumps and done. Cheers!

I’m so disappointed with the peppermint Mocha. I ordered two peppermint mocha that have whipped cream top but then I didn’t have at all. The employee forgot to put it.

They didn’t give us my order complete even though in the app said it was ready and when we asked for my order I was only given 1 drink of 2 and 2 bags out of four it was 6 items in total and gave us only 3, when I asked for the rest the girl preparing the drinks rudely said “that was everything in there” I was already late for work so I left didn’t wanna argue

I just went today 5minutes ago. The employee so so rude. A employee she short one and she is Phiplipino and on glasses. My friend she did order 2 coffee overthere and i just coming to pick up it. They never asking me about tray or not. And then i asking them, she look at me looks like i dont need it, and then i told her " Can i have some ices pls". Her attitude is so rude, it seems like she doesn't want to work here anymore. If they have 0 ⭐️. I will vote for it. bad service. The frist time i saw employee working at Starbuck with attitude like that.

RONALD just gave horrible attitude with his lack of service. I guess I took me too long to order for Ronald’s liking. (5 Seconds) So he became impatient and rude which is never a good thing in the service industry. As soon as I mentioned a google review he then started to be nice. TOO LATE RONALD the damage has been done terrible service

Staff is always very friendly and welcoming all the time and the place is clean and spotless! Also love their coffee very much - it wakes me up and hits the spot! No complaints whatsoever about this location or the products or services!

I was a cash customer waiting in line .
The guy who was about to serve me - decided to start talking to his "friend " who was also a customer ... and that discussion did not end ....and I decided to walk away , found a seat and waited till this employee was free ...but when he became free - he walked away - still talking to his friend .

A female came up after a while and started serving ...

By this time , my position in the line had been over taken by someone and that someone got served .

After that I appeared and then I got served .

Not professional .

TOO MANY BUDDIES MEANS YOU ARE unable to serve people who are waiting in line

I will NOT be going back .
I will report them to the Starbucks head office for being unprofessional and bringing the reputation of Starbucks in question .

It is Not how much I spent - it is how Starbucks treated me and THAT IS HOW STARBUCKS WILLL TREAT THE NEXT CUSTOMER TOO

I went today (Aug 9th) for a Trenta strawberry coconut drink and they tried to charge me $3.25 for the inclusions that come WITH the beverage to be on the side. I've always gotten it like this since I don't drink it the same day. I worked at Starbucks for 13 years and would never try such a thing, I was disgusted. Charging 50cents for the short cup is acceptable, charging $3.25 is robbery.

Untidy with garbage lying on tables, missing chairs, lack of patio unbrellas...such high air conditioning inside that you can't without a jacket. Why would you do your best in making customers super uncomfortable? Ridiculous....
