From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. Just saw a kid accidentally knock over a full cup of coffee he had just gotten. He looked super upset, and it seemed like his day was ruined. But the staff handled it amazingly—they finished all the ongoing orders first, then quickly made him a new cup and totally saved his day.
