I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They took the time to make sure my order was just right and created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent customer service all around!
This happened months ago, but it still bothers me. My sister-in-law purchased a drink, and my niece asked me to come with her to request a cup of water. The staff member at the counter seemed hesitant to give us water and asked to see the receipt to confirm that we had made a purchase. It felt necessary and bit disappointing, esp for a cup of water. 🤦♀️
But we got a cup of water and even told us next time if we want water ask while we are still ordering. Girl no more next time! Ciao.
This place is always busy so be prepared to wait but that shouldn't surprise anyone considering the location. The staff work hard though to keep the line moving. I also really appreciated them remaking a drink after I had a misunderstanding. I thought a drink could be made with an alternative milk but they had made it and I found out after. They were really good to offer me an alternative drink quickly and without fuss even though they were super busy so I appreciate the accommodation.

I arrived at this location today after coming by metro with my two young children (aged 2 and 4). We ran out of water on the way, and the kids were very thirsty. I know that Starbucks usually offers water when you ask especially when the store is still open.
It was 9:23 PM, there were still people in line placing their orders, and the store had not closed yet. I kindly asked for a cup of water, but the staff member (a young woman/ looks like Indian) looked directly at me and said “No, we’re closing,” even though the tap was right next to her. Her tone was extremely rude, and it felt very dismissive.
I’ve always known Starbucks to treat customers with kindness, so this experience was very disappointing and made me feel really bad. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks.

Review:
I ordered a sandwich, and first it took longer than expected because the pickup time kept changing. Then, when it was finally ready, they didn’t place it on the usual A-B-Z counter where orders are supposed to be. It was somewhere else, and I had trouble finding it. The staff should really pay more attention to where they put the orders — it makes pickup confusing and frustrating.

The cashier lady got my order wrong and I only realized after 20 minutes (huge wait time) when I got my drink. The drink was absolutely bitter and I tried to tell the employee it was wrong and they ignored me. After finally speaking with the manager, they decided to make me my drink and still took 10 minutes. Never coming back here

I usually have pleasant experiences at Starbucks, but unfortunately my visit today was very disappointing. We asked an employee named Andie for some feedback and help in customizing our drink, but she was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of guiding us, she just repeated that “whatever we have is on display,” which made the interaction feel rude and frustrating.
This was the opposite of the welcoming and supportive service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because customer experience and friendly guidance are what set Starbucks apart, and today that standard was not met.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited an insane amount of time for a cold brew. Inquired about my drink only for the barista to shout “I’m making it right now”. If you don’t like people, don’t be in this industry

Bad attitude, the girls are always talking to each other and don't work.
Ordered a nitro brew, they gave it to me really foamy, I asked for a re-pour with less foam and the girl gave me more foam, or offered to give me a regular cold brew. After I confirmed that I wanted a nitro brew with less foam, she insisted that there was nothing she could do because it’s the machine. I suggested changing the keg, or to lift the cup and tilt it l, but she said the same thing and blamed the machine. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t remember the worker’s name but she was brown, had glasses and a thick accent. Language barrier may have been an issue. Worst nitro brew I’ve ever had.

Service was 0 at yorkdale mall, I stood there till eternity before I got common hot chocolate I regret this chocolate ever and will never go to that Starbucks my rating is 0 0 0 0
Line up is huge and only one till open. Takes forever to get through. 6 people working behind that look busy….not sure at what.
