The cashier lady got my order wrong and I only realized after 20 minutes (huge wait time) when I got my drink. The drink was absolutely bitter and I tried to tell the employee it was wrong and they ignored me. After finally speaking with the manager, they decided to make me my drink and still took 10 minutes. Never coming back here

I usually have pleasant experiences at Starbucks, but unfortunately my visit today was very disappointing. We asked an employee named Andie for some feedback and help in customizing our drink, but she was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of guiding us, she just repeated that “whatever we have is on display,” which made the interaction feel rude and frustrating.
This was the opposite of the welcoming and supportive service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because customer experience and friendly guidance are what set Starbucks apart, and today that standard was not met.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited an insane amount of time for a cold brew. Inquired about my drink only for the barista to shout “I’m making it right now”. If you don’t like people, don’t be in this industry

Bad attitude, the girls are always talking to each other and don't work.
Ordered a nitro brew, they gave it to me really foamy, I asked for a re-pour with less foam and the girl gave me more foam, or offered to give me a regular cold brew. After I confirmed that I wanted a nitro brew with less foam, she insisted that there was nothing she could do because it’s the machine. I suggested changing the keg, or to lift the cup and tilt it l, but she said the same thing and blamed the machine. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t remember the worker’s name but she was brown, had glasses and a thick accent. Language barrier may have been an issue. Worst nitro brew I’ve ever had.

Service was 0 at yorkdale mall, I stood there till eternity before I got common hot chocolate I regret this chocolate ever and will never go to that Starbucks my rating is 0 0 0 0
Line up is huge and only one till open. Takes forever to get through. 6 people working behind that look busy….not sure at what.

Ordered a nitro cold brew , half the cup filled with foam. Made a new cup after asking . Came back filled with more foam than 1st one

Great American coffee chain. Waited 15 minutes for them to add hot water to my tea.
Hands down the worst coffee i have ever tasted in my life. I've traveled across the globe and never encountered something this awful. Absolutely disgusting, do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place.

BRIAN was an inhuman and horrible human being. Can’t believe Starbucks would entrust a person like that with being the manager. Very disappointing and would stay clear from this location and this disgusting person.

If I could give this Starbucks location zero stars, I would. The store was dirty and smelled bad, with spilled milk and coffee beans all over the counter. Ants were crawling around, which is completely unacceptable for a food service environment. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude—especially BRIAN, who greeted us with a bad attitude and was openly unfriendly and unprofessional throughout our visit. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning.
