Really disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order and it was just for a brownie (no drink). I completely understand when it’s busy, but I think the staff completely forgot about it because so many people who lined up and ordered after me were served before me. I had to ask a staff member about it and instead of apologizing or explaining why it was taking so long, he just got someone else to get it for me and they brought it out right away. Like I said, I completely understand when it’s busy, but I don’t think it takes 20 mins to get a brownie, especially when other people were being served in less than 5 minutes. Worst experience. All the staff seemed new and they kept talking to each other and fooling around when it was busy. I won’t be coming back to this location.

It's OK. They make the drinks great! But If you want a quick drink this is not the place to go. Lines are out of control. Can't hear the staff calling your drinks. Waiting area is uncomfortable and confusing. Over all not bad.

I understand mistakes happen and they’re busy , but wow—this was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The wait times were ridiculous (20 minutes for a turkey pesto sandwich), and when it finally arrived, it was broken in half and soggy. I wouldn’t even serve it to my dog like that. There was no effort to connect with customers—no smiles, no positive vibes. The drinks were subpar, and the service was just as bad. If you’re craving Starbucks, do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Head to the next nearest one instead. I hope I get a survey email because that seems to be the only thing they care about.

I dont even want to give a star to this location. I have never been to a Starbucks this rude. One of the girl's names was Trane 👎when I talked to her colleagues about my drink she told me to go I will call security If you complained I was really shocked 😑This will be my last time visiting here. Hope someone from the Starbucks company will train her again in customer service 👎👎👎
