I ordered a fruit drink from them. The fruit taste was so artificial. Such overpriced crap.

Do not order here on mobile. Apparently if you order from the mobile your order will be the last, and they will start doing it after 15-20 mins, this is how their in store system works, said by their staff.

One of the worst experience, came to starbucks for first time in life and spend 7$ , not even single dollar worth . I asked crew for any cold coffee, i don’t know what she gave me , it tastes totally bad. This was first and last time i visited starbucks. Thank you for such a worst service

So I came on a Thursday afternoon where it’s not too busy to place a standard ice vanilla latte, and it took more than 20 minutes. And it was only until I inquired on my drink that the staff started to make it. This is totally unacceptable and not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

This location is discombobulated chaos. Not worth it for a beverage order. Less stress and time consuming to get a beverage elsewhere.

It’s a barstucks. What do you expect? The coffee quality is decent, yet somehow they get your name wrong every single time, no matter how simple it is. I recommend the cold brew, it’s better quality than the competition.
If you drive here, the place to park is in front of Cineplex and just walk down the mall - take a left and just go straight to reach the cafe!

I have been going to Starbuck's since 2014, well not anymore.... Usually always buy a coffee and a snack when I visit but sometimes I'll pop in to get some water or refill my bottle since they would do it for free, which was wonderful. Recently they changed their policy and no longer will give you water for free or refill your bottle if you have one. Lost a long time customer. Great job corporate 👏

I met the manager Jessie and she’s so sweet. The epitome of a woman carrying the store on her shoulder too! She’s hardworking and her team follows the mission and values of Starbucks. Also, this is the location close to Sportslife and Danish pastry not by the subway!

Review for Yorkdale Mall Kiosk Starbucks - there’s two Starbucks in this mall, and I highly recommend you avoid this location. It’s right when you enter from the subway and near parking so you might think it’s convenient but you’ll be waiting at least 15-20 minutes for one drink, and even longer if you mobile order.
Today I mobile ordered and arrived right when my phone said my drink was ready, but it was nowhere to be seen and staff were busy so I had trouble asking. After waiting around for almost 10 minutes I was finally able to flag down a worker and she checked for me, turns out they had a whole bunch of drinks sitting behind them on the counter ??? My drink was already prepared, just sitting there but no one called my name or asked if I was waiting for anything. The cold foam had melted at this point, the drink didn’t even taste good. Didn’t bother asking for a remake because it would just be another 20 minutes of my time wasted.
When I asked why they didn’t leave the mobile orders out they said because people were “stealing drinks”. Wow, I noticed they also had a security guard nearby, maybe that’s why? Detaining drink thieves? Haha. Honestly such a stretch; I don’t think anyone is purposely taking drinks - really a lot of people just have similar names, order the same drinks and don’t bother checking properly. Rethink your strategy here Starbucks: which is better, remaking a drink someone accidentally took every once in a while vs. dealing with a bunch of angry, annoyed customers??
Funny the other location doesn’t seem to have this problem, and are MUCH faster and more efficient with less staff. Just using excuses to cover up for bad management. I counted maybe 8-10 staff members yet 20+ people were waiting, everything was in complete disarray and no one seemed to be assigned to a particular role like other Starbucks locations. Really just save yourself the trouble and go to the other store.
