Asked for a sandwich cut in half, as I try to rip it apart, I find that only the top bun is cut in half. The barista gave zero napkins. She was happy to give us some when we asked. My point is, take time to care for each customer properly. It is unfortunate many people are overworked and underpaid. But if you take a minute to bring some awareness & attention to what you are doing, I believe you will find your customer service will improve. If you have time to write “enjoy” on the bag, you have time to fully cut through the sandwich. Take your time when fulfilling an order, please.

It's inside the Longo's grocery store. Nice place to take a break while your wife is shopping for enough food to feed an extended family despite the fact that your children have all grown up and moved away.
