Asked for a sandwich cut in half, as I try to rip it apart, I find that only the top bun is cut in half. The barista gave zero napkins. She was happy to give us some when we asked. My point is, take time to care for each customer properly. It is unfortunate many people are overworked and underpaid. But if you take a minute to bring some awareness & attention to what you are doing, I believe you will find your customer service will improve. If you have time to write “enjoy”...
It's inside the Longo's grocery store. Nice place to take a break while your wife is shopping for enough food to feed an extended family despite the fact that your children have all grown up and moved away.
Spacious, very friendly staff, aside from no one mentioning or asking about the Rewards app. Coffee not that strong, even with extra shot lattes. Allowed re-use cups which is always good as some places bizarrely don’t. Prices a bit on the high side for a simple latte. The cookies are always soft and "flexible", probably due to vegetable oils used in the manufacturing process. The good thing about Starbucks is that they allow you to bring external food in and eat it...
