I had such a great experience at the Starbucks at Shops at Don Mills! The store was clean, well organized, and had a really welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my drink was made perfectly.
I especially want to shout out the manager, Seth — he was incredibly professional, kind, and clearly cares about both the customers and the team. You can really tell when a place is well-run, and this location definitely is. Seth made sure everything was running smoothly and made the experience even better.
This Starbucks is now one of my go-to locations. Amazing service, great drinks, and awesome management. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help, which made a big difference in my day. I especially want to highlight the store manager — you can really tell they lead by example. They were professional, attentive, and made sure both customers and staff were taken care of. It’s clear they’ve built a great team and take pride in running the store well. My order was made perfectly and quickly, even during a busy time. Service wasn't very good, was stuck waiting because staff were chatting amongst themselves. After placing the order staff were still chatting amongst themselves for a while before starting to prepare the drinks. The person making the drinks was taking a long time - possibly they were new (just based on their speed), not sure. My drink was not completely filled. If you were going to sit around there then it'd be okay (decor is nice), but if you intend to grab and go I'd recommend ordering through the app first or visit the location at York Mills if its not too out of the way.
