Gavin was super nice made a suggestion to the cashier woman to discount me from venti to grande, the cashier didn't listen charged me the same price or she delibrately ignored Gavin, the manager was creeping over my phone and the POS machine as I was making payment with the Starbucks iPad seriously Gavin should be the manager and that man should be fired it was creepy as all hell. And I still tipped... Go figure

Starbucks is goid i really love the rice krispy bar so good I had a white hot chocolate with whip cream by the time the whip cream melted there was 1 third of the drink gone and for the price i would like a full cup. And this was before I had a sip

The staff has gone downhill. Just go to one of the other locations nearby.
The blond asian cashier was very rude and does not have the attitude to work any service jobs. My family has lived in this neighbourhood for over 20 years, and this is the first time we've had a negative encounter in any of the local Starbucks locations.
When asking for decaf, it's common to be told we'll have to wait 5-10 min, which is completely fine. But this barista just said no decaf and to order an Americano instead (which my grandparents can't have due to the caffeine, hence the decaf order) and when my grandparents asked to confirm there's no decaf (because what coffee shop doesn't), he WAVED the empty pot at her face and said see, none. And no, there was no shortage of beans or something. He was just being rude.
Sad to see that this location hires these types of people after all these years.

I would’ve given zero star if i could!! They couldn’t even get my order right.. asked me 4 times before they gave me wrong order!! I ordered ice matcha latte with regular milk. They gave me cream filled latte with syrup and all those low quality garbage they pour into drinks..
Told me I would collect points as soon as I purchased a rewards card (even if I didn't have the app), I spent over 200$ but didn't recieve a POINT because I didn't download the app. When asking if there is some benefit I could receive they told me no.
Update: other than being bossy Karens, they do their best to serve everybody - adding two stars (fyi, i always tip)

I am from the neighbourhood, between myself and my daughter’s we spends at this location over $500 a month, We order stuff online sometimes as well. I came in today, asking them to use a washroom, I didn’t plan on buying anything, And there was a nice gentleman behind the counter with a beautiful make up and earrings, I have Politely asked him to give me the code for the washroom, And his reply was it’s only if you buy anything or per transactions. I have said, do you know how many transactions I did here without using the washroom? To which he replied sorry cannot help you. Well, aside from you guys losing my business, I’ll make sure everybody in my neighbourhood knows about who you are. Have a great weekend.

Baristas are very friendly and they dont make you feel uncomfortable.. they are always attentive and loving.. Few was seem off towards me but overall it was good experience..
