Told me I would collect points as soon as I purchased a rewards card (even if I didn't have the app), I spent over 200$ but didn't recieve a POINT because I didn't download the app. When asking if there is some benefit I could receive they told me no.

I am from the neighbourhood, between myself and my daughter’s we spends at this location over $500 a month, We order stuff online sometimes as well. I came in today, asking them to use a washroom, I didn’t plan on buying anything, And there was a nice gentleman behind the counter with a beautiful make up and earrings, I have Politely asked him to give me the code for the washroom, And his reply was it’s only if you buy anything or per transactions. I have said, do you know how many transactions I did here without using the washroom? To which he replied sorry cannot help you. Well, aside from you guys losing my business, I’ll make sure everybody in my neighbourhood knows about who you are. Have a great weekend.

Baristas are very friendly and they dont make you feel uncomfortable.. they are always attentive and loving.. Few was seem off towards me but overall it was good experience..

This is one of my favourite places to come to at lunch, spontaneously, and when I’m in need of a yummy drink. I love the people that work there they are SOO nice I love them so much. My food AND drink always comes in a span of 10-15 minutes within ordering and whoever’s been there at lunchtime knows how crowded and busy it gets, so with 3 people behind the counter and that timespan that’s so impressive. I live the food here I wish I could give 100 ⭐️s

Went to this location today for the first time and I am genuinely amazed at the customer service. As someone who has managed their own restaurant for years, I truly appreciate outstanding customer service when I experience it.
The three workers Kaye, Gavin, and Abby at Starbucks exemplify excellence in every way.
Together, the three of them had warm and welcoming personalities, making a friendly atmosphere that makes Starbucks feel like a second home. They truly went above and beyond during my visit today to make sure every customer felt valued and left with a smile. Their attentive service is a true asset to the store.
Thank you guys truly, for your dedication to providing outstanding customer service. You make Starbucks a standout experience and keep customers like me coming back for more.

Starbucks' food, beverages, snacks, and overall standards are consistently excellent. I love this location because it's convenient and close to home. While it's not my preference because of the high price point, my son loves their rice crispies and other snacks. I can guarantee him excellent service, a lovely atmosphere, and an enjoyable snack, so I will continue to patronize this particular location.
For general info, there is parking if required. There is ample inside and outdoor seating for those looking to share a coffee/lemonade/smoothie and enjoy the lovely sunshine. It's a great spot for the college/senior school kids to meet up/get meals/drinks. The indoor accommodation is calm and lovely, but outside is, of course, busy because it's on the junction/intersection of Avenue and Lawrence West Avenue.
