Store has gone down hill. New employees every day, long wait times, drinks made wrong - the New Manager is not doing a good job.

Food and drinks all good but the main girl is just so awfully rude. I have never seen a Starbucks employee be so entitled and rushing people when there is no line up. Everyone is hustling and doing their tasks and she is just barking and gossiping.

I’m a daily customer at this Starbucks, but today (Dec 2) I had a very bad experience. There were three staff one boy and two ladies. The boy was polite and welcoming, but the two ladies were extremely rude, the one whose name starts with “T” (maybe Trnisha).
I showed a picture of the matcha drink I wanted in a Venti cup. Because of my speech/delivery issue, I explained I have speech issue. Instead of being respectful, she showed attitude and didn’t even smile. Customers come here to relax, not to be made uncomfortable.not to be treated badly.
Then the other lady made the wrong matcha drink. mistakes can happen I understand that. When I politely asked for the correct Venti cup the drink I PAID for . she clearly showed attitude. And what made it worse:
She remade the drink but intentionally did NOT fill the Venti cup properly.
This felt like she was doing it out of irritation because I asked for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This isn’t about the drink. Mistakes happen.
This is about how customers are treated with disrespect, attitude, and zero professionalism.
Management really needs to make sure the staff treat customers properly and respectfully. This is not the service anyone expects from Starbucks.

No washrooms available for customers.
I usually order through the Starbucks app, and I just stopped by to pick up my drink. I politely asked for an extra cup for ice, but the barista told me I had to order it separately and seemed annoyed when I explained I had already ordered on the app. I felt uncomfortable because of the attitude — I hope the staff can be a bit more understanding with mobile order customers in the future. Please be nice

Been coming here for years however this starbucks has downgraded so terribly after new management. Always was greeted coming in and going out, and no it wasn’t busy during the hours I visited to not be greeted. Customizations are always a hassle for them apparently as when asked they give you attitude. If I wanted a normal coffee, I would’ve just visited any generic coffee shop like Tim’s. Do better.

Bought 3 drinks. 2 of them were teas that got forgotten. Waited 15mins for them to give me tea in a cup that had a fold in the top. When getting into my car the cup split in half burning my hands. The cup had a defect. Extremely bad service. Such a pathetic oversight.

I had a frustrating experience at this location due to confusion at the register regarding pricing. I asked for two extra scoops of matcha powder, and my total came to $10.45. Since this seemed higher than what I usually pay through the app for the same customization, I asked the cashier for clarification.
She explained that the in-store default amount of matcha is 5 scoops, while the app uses 4 as the default. That difference isn’t an issue in itself, but the pricing still didn’t make sense based on my request. I specifically asked for two extra scoops, so regardless of the default, I should have been charged for two additional scoops — not three.
I noticed on the register that each scoop was $0.90, meaning two extra should add $1.80. However, I was charged $2.70, which suggests I was charged for three extra scoops. When I brought this up, the cashier repeated the explanation about the default scoop count and said she didn’t know how much each scoop costs. This added to the confusion, as employees should be familiar with basic pricing details, especially when customers raise billing concerns.
Based on the math and what I saw at the register, I believe I was overcharged for a scoop I didn’t ask for. I’d recommend better training for staff to ensure they understand the menu pricing and can explain it clearly to customers. This would help avoid similar misunderstandings in the future
