Very warm, friendly staff! Patrice is such a leader when it comes to impeccable service, hospitality, and quality! I started coming here earlier this week, and I instantly felt like I'm a welcome guest at a friend's home! The whole team is awesome 👌 I'm already back frequently for breakfast and lunch 🍵☕️

Run the other way!!! So I walked in this Starbucks Location 2081 Steels Ave west near my shop that I always go to!!I have been a customer for more then ten year, I ordered Food and drinks
I wanted to pay cash. I had 100 bucks cash the Worker with a bad attitude refuse to take my cash although I paid many times cash there , no sign saying we don’t accept hundred bucks cash attitude, no welcoming face. No face impression at all it’s like I did something wrong so I said here’s $100. No I don’t take cash here or should I say to be honest she said we don’t take hundred bucks cash although two days ago I paid 100 bucks cash with no problem. I could’ve paid with my card, but the way he’s was talking to me is unacceptable so I said can you call your manager please? Her manager came her name was Mahiq Or mahia I requested to give me her name, but tshe wrote it in a way that I cannot even read it! The manager had a bigger attitude than the other girl was serving me,, absolutely no customer service and no professionalism and she refused to serve me because I have cash! She said that I was loud she was screaming at me!!
I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at a Starbucks location! That girl with braids, I don't know her name, who works at the counter is disgustingly rude; she shouldn't be working in customer service at all! Today I went for a cold frappuccino, and I forgot to ask the cashier guy to put caramel sprinkles in it. She then started telling the other girl out loud, People are are supposed to ask when they order! and rolled her eyes at me. HOW RUDE!!! for a customer service worker to speak to customers who are spending a lot of of money for a coffee!. I went to other Starbucks, and they don't mind giving me an extra something if I forgot to ask. I hope managers at this location take action with this specific person and don't allow her too speak to customers disrespectfully like that! It's essential for businesses to foster a positive environment and ensure that all employees understand the importance of respectful communication. Customer loyalty can be easily lost if staff members do not uphold these standards, so training and feedback are crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, my friend went there before, and she told me the same girl talked to her in a very rude way before too!. It's terrible that customers have to deal with such unprofessional behaviour like this. I'm not going back to this location again. I expect better treatment if I'm spending my money here!!!!!

Unfortunately customer service is very bad. My husband picked up the wrong drinks by mistake and he realized few minutes later. He returned the un- touched drinks right away and he was treated very badly even though he apologized.

I'm disappointed to say that my visit to this Starbucks location was disappointing. The staff's attitude was poor, and they seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. When I asked to exchange my drink, they were reluctant and eventually replaced it with a smaller cup than what I paid for. The girl with braids who was working in front rolled her eyes at me. How rude! It seemed she doesn't like her job and takes it out on the customers. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

I have been here on a few occasions, but in the last two week (the photos are separate days), THIS is how they’ve prepare their iced lavendar oat matcha latte. I paid $8 for the barista to pour the matcha latte over the foam and ruin it, and the matcha to taste diluted. And what’s more cringe? They provide this deplorable quality but have a tip prompt on their machines. This will be the last time I order from this store.
