Says they’re open at 6am, stopped by the drive through at 6:45 and no service provided. Drove up to the window to see if maybe there was issues with the speaker. 3 staff inside and no one even came to the window to ask how they could help. Other cars also circled around then left.

Google says they are closing at 8.30 pm we arrived around 7.30 pm and they were already closed. I thought maybe drive thru is open and I tried to order from drive thru they said they completely closed. But then car arrived right after us, they god served with coffee 🤣 here is the car you can see in drive thru window. I don’t know what is going on but changing business hours in google shouldn’t be that hard.

I always got my coffee cold even If ı wonder them. Always go back back and start the ordering process from scratch again and again. I don’t wanna come back here but here is the only Starbucks that has a drive true around me

The closing time was not mentioned clearly on Google. I reached at 7:10 PM to order, but I was told they were already closed. This was quite frustrating, as Google shows the closing time as 8:30 PM.

I don’t know what service this place give. First time ever I was told next time I do mobile order have to give her more time. I don’t get what world we are living in. I paid for the Venti Latte not like I beg for the drink.

I stopped by Starbucks and asked for just a cup of water because I wasn’t feeling well and it was an emergency situation. An employee named Sherwin, refused to give me water unless I purchased something else. From a human point of view, that was absolutely unwelcoming.

After that, I simply drove across the street to Tim Hortons, where they calmly told me that a cup of water would cost just 10 cents — just for the paper cup. That’s it. That’s the difference in how ordinary people are treated in different establishments.

I hope that if, God forbid, someone at Starbucks ever feels unwell and needs first aid, they won’t be told that they have to buy something first.🤡🤡🤡

I really didn’t want to write this, but I feel I need to so others don’t go through the same experience I did. I’ve always had great experiences at this location in the past, but my last two visits have been very disappointing.

I went last week and again today, and both times the service was just as bad. The staff making the drinks gave me attitude, made my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, the drink was taken back and tossed aside in a way that felt very disrespectful.

I’ve never seen this kind of behavior at Starbucks before—it honestly felt more like the kind of service you’d expect if you were being ignored at another chain. I used to have nothing but good things to say about this store, but after two visits in a row with the same nasty attitude, I can’t overlook it anymore.

I’m usually super understanding of mistakes but it happens so often at this location that I’m convinced they need to retrain or fire and hire new people. It’s always the simplest mistakes that a little focus could help improve. If it’s not whole milk when I asked for soy ( lactose intolerant” ior it’s whip cream when I asked for non. Ordering from uber eats is expensive with delivery fees I can’t just afford to order another drink so now I have to leave work to drive in just to get my drink replaced cause uber only wants to credit me $2 from a $9 drink. This is unacceptable. Get your shit together people. I was a barista for 8 years at artisan cafes. No chits no tickets and I could still remember a drink order. Do better or get replaced with Ai.

The service here is terrible! The cashier’s attitude was so unfriendly that it made customers feel really uncomfortable. I even tried to start a small, polite conversation, but they still acted cold and rude. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude from Starbucks staff — they should represent warmth and hospitality, not irritation.

They told me, “Don’t judge people by their faces,” but I never said anything about anyone’s appearance. I was simply reacting to the bad attitude and lack of respect. If customer feedback like mine doesn’t matter to Starbucks, then what’s the point of keeping this store open?

Honestly, if the staff continue behaving like this, people will just start going to Tim Hortons instead. At least there, you’re greeted with a smile. Starbucks should remind their employees to treat every customer with kindness and patience — that’s what makes people come back. You should love your job and take pride in creating a pleasant experience, not make guests feel unwelcome.

I would have given four stars if food was served correctly.
So, I ordered two hot macha and one cold macha. However, I got all three cold. When I told Asian lady with long eyelashes that all are cold she replaced it with an attitude. However, she did not look happy.
We grabbed beverages and sat and then we decided to go back and grab something to eat. I asked other big tall lady about 2 muffins, but seems she did not know what she was doing. Music was loud. Parking was difficult to find. Staff seems rude. Overall not a good experience.
