I would have given four stars if food was served correctly. So, I ordered two hot macha and one cold macha. However, I got all three cold. When I told Asian lady with long eyelashes that all are cold she replaced it with an attitude. However, she did not look happy. We grabbed beverages and sat and then we decided to go back and grab something to eat. I asked other big tall lady about 2 muffins, but seems she did not know what she was doing. Music was loud. Parking was difficult to find. Staff seems rude. Overall not a good experience.

Worst customer service I have received today. Went to pick up the order. I saw there is bag on the table with name all taped over. Lady said they did not receive the order. I waited for 5 mins and later she came and said the bag on the table is your order and the name is there with an attitude. Lady how do I supposed to know with all the tapes on, you should tell me. She needs to get proper training how to talk to customers.

I love the layout of the store but, I more so appreacate that the staff are very frendly and helpful in maintaing the cleneless and safty (by watch your computer when you need to go to the washroom). A relaxed coffee shop is hard to find in this area.

1) The staff are always 100% attitude free and often go over and above on experience
2) Secret is three different distinct seating areas, two lining the windows for solid laptop use with good plugs
3) Not a lot but free parking
But I do NOT want you to post up here and get some work done because it’s perfect for me an the other residents of Duke Heights (the local BIA).

I’ve always received decent to good service at this location; however, this morning (around 7 a.m.) was extra special thanks to one of the baristas—Tharaya (I hope I spelled your name correctly; my neurodivergent brain sometimes struggles with remembering name spellings).
Even though our interaction was brief while I was ordering and complaining about the apathy of the world— it helped me stay focused and keep the good vibes going—and she also shared some really helpful information about Starbucks products that I know will come in handy on future visits.

Very very bad service. Today I got a cafe latte from drive thru when I went to the window to get my drink, I met with a girl at 3:56 pm. She was very rude. I said her hello but she didn’t even respond. She met me with a very bad face. It was my worst experience of life at Starbucks.
