Slow staff that aren’t even sorry, no longer puts napkins out. Also said refills on coffee are only for orders ordered in the store and not mobile orders, lol what a joke.

just drove through...to get my online order....the unhappy face lady in the drive through window was kind of...eh hard to tell....at least smile to your customer, my girlfriend met the same unhappy lady too lol
I had the worst experience here today. I bought a coffee, paid for it, and then they said the charge didn't go through due to a computer glitch. I checked my bank app and it showed the charge did go through but they refused to give it to me anyway. Finally the guy behind me paid for me but the fact that they allowed that is disgusting. I paid for the coffee and nobody should have had to pay again.All they would say is their screen showed it didn't go through. I showed them my bank app but they didn't believe me. I don't know why they think I would try to scam them out of a $3 coffee.Worst Starbucks ever

I've been trying all the drinks starbucks has to offer. Today, I ordered a chocolate cold cream brew. However, I found it too strong for my liking, so I came back. I ended up ordering a chai tea latte. So kind of the lady at the drive thru to give suggestions on how to make the drink better next time and offered to fix it for me. Sorry I didn't get her name, but Kudos to her.

I came today and the food display is full of insects and ants I wonder what in the kitchen! Mice and rats !!! When I told them about this they were careless ! Absolutely careless! They apologized ?? Actually this is a health hazard ! This place has to be shutdown by not going there not by health department!

Nice quiet place with good wifi. Staff are friendly and the place is clean; including the washrooms. Good coffee and the usual Starbucks fare,...Parking: There are a half dozen spots or so; but it's mostly a drive through store.
