The worse costumer service!
Every time I ordered, they always got my order wrong and I had to go back through the busy streets!
I always ask for u sweetened drink and they ALWAYS make it the way they wanted it !! So disappointed
And this always happens at drive thru

This location is really understaffed. When I went, the wait was super long because they focused more on drive-thru orders than the people inside. There just weren’t enough employees for the number of customers.
I ordered my usual iced matcha latte without ice, but they still gave it with ice. Even after I asked again, they didn’t fix it. Other branches always get it right, but here they just didn’t bother. I left pretty disappointed.
Such a great spot, even though it is very busy location. The staff are friendly and make sure you’re taken care of. A special shout-out to Yebs—absolutely amazing! I’ve had the best version of my favorite drink here!

One of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and sometimes get some work done is this place. It has a drive-thru, enough parking—even though the lot is small—and a big open yard. The inside is spacious as well. It’s clean, has a great vibe, and is perfect for hanging out with friends.

“I was very disappointed today at this Starbucks location (Yonge & Steeles). The pastry display was full of flies and insects. I lost my appetite immediately. This is a serious hygiene issue and I hope management takes immediate action to fix it. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience was unacceptable.”
I had accidentally placed my order at a different Starbucks location, but when I came to this store, the lovely lady Mary at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I got my order here without any issues. Her customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

The BEST drive-thru experience for Starbucks. One of the few locations where baristas actually pay attention to instructions/orders for drinks (e.g. light ice, extra foam) and drinks are always made to perfection.

Super Helpful people, kind and respectful. i didn't know the Starbucks jargon they still helped me out. it was a Korean dude. whoever he is he isn't getting paid enough.

Since I moved to this area this one is close to me ,, I really don't like anything about this place , tables are not clean staff spatially that chines or Asian looking guy sooo very rude with his long hair no hair net , last time 2 days ago ,, its summer hot u see all the milks they use its on the counter not in refrigerator , his hair is all over ,, in the display for sweets OMG bugs were all over the food . anyway from 1 to 10 I give ZIROOOO

Customer service is weak.
8 people working and no one can acknowledge the line? A simple, 'hi we'll be with you soon', should be said by any of those 8 bodies.
Dead stares, and when someone finally helped, and I asked if anyone knows about acknowledging the line up, the girl just blank stared and asked what she could get me. When asked for a manager, they all seemed lost since it was a Sunday and you can't be reached. How do your people not know the importance of acknowledging a customer? It's customer service basics.

I found this humiliated sign on my coffee.
I ordered an iced Americano, and at first, I didn’t notice anything unusual as the cup was filled with dark coffee.
However, after drinking some of it, I discovered this highly offensive drawing on the cup haha!!!
As a Korean customer who just arrived in Canada three days ago, this was extremely shocking and hurtful.
I sincerely hope this never happens again—to me or to anyone else.

Very bad experience with Asian service and also they are very rude
to customer and they didn’t serve me because they couldn’t understand what I wanted to order. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth to waste your time and your money. No recommended at all.
