I cannot recommend this place enough! Great atmosphere specially to work and study. Bobby was the barista who helped me and he was amazing, very nice and attentive.

On Saturday, December 13, I visited this Starbucks location and was about to place an order. While I was in the middle of a friendly conversation and ordering with one of the baristas, a supervisor (an Asian female) suddenly asked the barista to switch positions in the middle of our interaction.
This was very disappointing and uncomfortable to experience. Instead of valuing customer service and customer connection—which Starbucks is known for—it felt like the interaction was abruptly stopped without any explanation. As a customer, this made me feel unimportant and disrespected.
Because of this experience, I felt uncomfortable continuing and decided not to place my order and left the store.
Kay was quick and efficient! One of the better and bigger operated Starbucks in the area!
