Male barista was very unprofessional. I ordered a venti drink requesting less ice, and was served a half empty cup. When I asked the barista why, he said, “You ordered less ice, not less drink,” and refused to fill the drink up or remake my order. I thought maybe this was company policy, but this event occurred in August of this year and have visited many different locations with the same drink order, yet haven’t had a problem at any other location since. Instead of an apology or heads-up, I was met with a smug remark that made the overall atmosphere feel very uncomfortable. I have not returned to this location since, and do not plan to. I would not recommend visiting this location.

The workers act like giving out water is personally coming out of their pay check??? Lied about having a plumbing issue saying they couldn’t serve us, 5 minutes later they said only talls were available, had to pay for fruit inclusions for a tall that was supposed to be free?? Like why lie and be stingy at the same time.

we always order online to save time on front cash and at the time of picking up my order this Asian girl with attitude want us to go at the end of line up just to get a pump of whip cream for my dog ( which there is no way to order it on app ) this is ridiculous customer service for an every day customer! This is not convenient for customers at all .

I had trouble logging into the Starbucks app to earn stars for my purchase. The cashier falsely told me that I would be able to earn the stars after my purchase however when I actually tried to do so she quickly backtracked after I paid and refused to allow it. There was a big line up of people behind me and I didn't want to keep them all waiting while I tried to resolve the issue. They refused to accommodate me despite initially stating that they would. I will never return to this location after this poor customer service experience and don't recommend it to anyone. They are charging premium prices for their products and they should be also willing to offer premium service for that.

Encountered an openly racist customer at this starbucks, I stood up for myself but the staff just acted as bystanders. I came early morning when there was literally only one other customer. The situation took place right in-front of the cash register.

The drink didnt mix and shake probably even I stand right in front of the barista. Also they got me the wrong bakery ( i ordered Chocolate Croissant ). Anw im not really mad if i get the wrong order but because i alr confirm it again after paying so im kinda sad and mad ab it 🥲.

The toilets in this location is definitely the resemblance of a third world country. Nobody cleans it. Every single time after covid I go there, toilets are like what you see in the picture!

Absolutely terrible!! Washrooms are horendous with subpar conditions. Toilet paper not changed and the facilities were disgusting. Customers rudely banging on the door while in use. No staff around to regulate. Don't come to this location. Terrible service.
