Dining in is pleasant, sometimes not enough seats, service is polite but they do not follow the customer 's mobile requests. I often order espresso macchiato but the is no espresso in my cup only latte as they pour milk into it instead of making a foam. This is ongoing and very frustrating. I hope they will improve and honour customer's wishes. It is not how many people you serve but how well you treat them so they are satisfied and will return.

What a terrible store. Don’t order mobile from here. They advise you that will take long. Staff is extremely rude and careless. What a waste of Starbucks, no wonder they are dying all across the world. Failed business coz of these cold uninterested staff members.
So mot satisfied with this location, waiting time for the orders are usually really long also This location is located next to the library, so people get their drink and go to the library and study, and they come back for refill But they said no, because you went to the next building and you went out of the cafe we cannot do refill!!!!!!!!! I sometimes visit this Starbucks location, and there’s always one homeless man who bothers me. He starts talking to me every time I’m there, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. Last time, there was no space and he squeezed between two customer tables. Another time, he shouted behind the washroom door and didn’t let me come out and even came in when the door opened. I’m really upset because there’s always something happening at this location. Your staff should be more aware and not allow them to enter the store so customers can feel safe.
