How can I say it? Good food (actually good coffee and milk) and good Wifi. The overall experience is not bad. But it's a little interesting of the service. 1, Even you are lining there to wait for order, the waiters prefer to service a remote order first, even the picker hasn't come. 2, Sometimes even you are lining and there are two POSs and a few waiters, they don't like to open an idle POS to serve you, but just use one POS and let you wait.

We had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. After sitting down for only five minutes, a staff member came over and asked us to order if we planned to stay. We explained that we had just sat down and were about to order through the app. Just two minutes later, he returned to ask again if we had ordered. Honestly, it felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially since we had already explained ourselves. It doesn’t reflect the level of hospitality I would expect from Starbucks.

Saw small 5 flies inside the cookie display. Staff said they don’t serve from it, but it was still concerning for hygiene. Hope it’s fixed soon.

This Starbucks is always busy. You usually wait at least 10 minutes in line, and then another 10 minutes just to get a matcha latte. Definitely come here only if you have extra time to spare.

This review goes to CRISTINA from Starbucks at Bayview Village Mall. Honestly, it has been a very long time since I have seen someone with consistent, pleasant customer service! She remembers the names of the usual customers and just her greeting when you walk in and her genuine smile makes your day! Thank you Cristina for just spreading your positive enegy to everyone who walks in to this Starbucks! If this is not a 5 Star Customer Service, I don't know what is! Keep up the great work!
