Beware of freshness of milk and cream I ordered a tall pike coffee and added cream from those containers as usual. But 30 minutes after, i started to have stomach ache and later started to urgently use the washroom. I did have a lemon loaf the same time, but I think the cream I put in was not fresh. I normally would have the same stomach reaction when cream is not fresh. I’m not sure how long the cream has been out. It was 5pm when I had the coffee so chances are, the cream has been out for the whole day but of course I won’t know for sure.
Just Beware.

Excellent Starbucks store much better than most locations. The store is clean, organized, efficient, and the staff are always friendly. Drinks are consistently made the right way and with care. I especially want to highlight Kevin — he’s a super friendly barista and always so energetic! Highly recommended!

How can I say it? Good food (actually good coffee and milk) and good Wifi. The overall experience is not bad. But it's a little interesting of the service. 1, Even you are lining there to wait for order, the waiters prefer to service a remote order first, even the picker hasn't come. 2, Sometimes even you are lining and there are two POSs and a few waiters, they don't like to open an idle POS to serve you, but just use one POS and let you wait.

We had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. After sitting down for only five minutes, a staff member came over and asked us to order if we planned to stay. We explained that we had just sat down and were about to order through the app. Just two minutes later, he returned to ask again if we had ordered. Honestly, it felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially since we had already explained ourselves. It doesn’t reflect the level of hospitality I would expect from Starbucks.

Saw small 5 flies inside the cookie display. Staff said they don’t serve from it, but it was still concerning for hygiene. Hope it’s fixed soon.

This Starbucks is always busy. You usually wait at least 10 minutes in line, and then another 10 minutes just to get a matcha latte. Definitely come here only if you have extra time to spare.

She remembers the names of the usual customers and just her greeting when you walk in and her genuine smile makes your day!
