The worst service I’ve ever encountered. Staff are unprofessional and have terrible attitudes. They even had the nerve to tell me to 'Google the definition of service charge' when I complained about their poor service. On top of the forced service charge, they still try to get more tips through the payment machine. It’s a total rip-off and a complete lack of hospitality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Similar to what many other people are saying about their system. There system has limited songs and using YouTube is troublesome,no choice to queue songs and to have YouTube premium. The place has such great potential otherwise

They’re not honest about the prices for happy hour. They automatically add a 15% service charge without telling you and at the time of paying, the machine asks you to tip again. If you are not careful, you end up tipping twice.

Had a great time with our group! Our room looked really nice with the lights. Disappointed a bit though because 1. I called to reserve a room and after calling the next day to confirm, they couldn’t find my reservation. Thankfully they still had a room. And 2. The rooms use YouTube to stream so you can’t queue up songs, or change the key and other functions like at other karaoke places. They don’t even have premium so you’ll get ads in between.

staff was so so so kind , went during happy hour (1:30-8:30!!) good deal and great food, got free pitcher (non-alcoholic) as well as free chips…… had a great time,, will be returning!!!!

Paid almost $700 last week but they treated us like didn’t pay nothing, they turn off the Ac in our room and said AC wasn’t working, we came and complained so many time and they change room with the attitude so so rude. Third time back here but definitely last time also

This was our third time here and it will definitely be our last. The room we got had no working AC, and it became unbearably hot. When we asked about it, staff only brought in a fan and never actually checked if the AC was working. After more than an hour in a sauna, we went back to complain again, and they casually said the AC was “probably broken.”
Their attitude was terrible when we asked for help — dismissive and unbothered, like we were inconveniencing them. Instead of offering to move us, they told us all the rooms would be “the same.” That was clearly not true, because when we finally pushed harder, they moved us to another room that had perfectly working AC.
The lack of care, the bad attitude, and the poor customer service were unacceptable. They wasted our time, ignored our concerns, and only acted when we insisted. If this is how they treat repeat customers, I can’t imagine how they treat anyone else. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Such a beautiful place to do karaoke.
The whole vibe of this place is awesome. The rooms are great and they can accommodate large party’s. Their room packages are good prices for what you get too. I highly recommend to go with your friends and have a blast signing your hearts out
The rooms are ok and the lights are very cool but they’re not very honest about the prices. We have been scammed here multiple times because they automatically add a 15% service charge which if you actually ask them (after you pay!) they’ll tell you it’s tip, but at the time of paying the machine asks you again to tip them. And if you’re not careful you end up tipping twice, and they refuse to refund you. So the last several times we have essentially tipped 30%! Feels quite like a scam and like they’re trying to make quick money off of people who had a bit of alcohol and won’t be as attentive. After this whole tipping issue, our original minimal spend around 45pp ended up costing us 75pp…

The rooms were decent, service was slow. Worst thing is the menu price suddenly changed and they tried to charge extra for items we didn’t order. Honestly felt like they are trying to make a quick buck off people that’s been drinking and are not paying attention.

Booked a room here for a group of 12. Everything was good. Room was big enough, cool atmosphere and good sound system. The thing that makes this place bad was the payment system. They don’t take payment before hand but you have to spend a minimum amount of money(560$ in our case) so they are constantly telling you that you need to order more. Which is fine. But some how at the end the minimum that they kept telling us some how got to 800$ and then they add a mandatory 15% service fee on top(forcing you to tip) they need to change it so you just pay the minimum upfront. And give you credits towards stuff so it doesn’t get confusing.

It was a nice place. They even gave us some potato chips. The air conditioner was a bit too cold, but the bearded guy was very kind and brought us a small heater because he was worried we might feel cold.

I go to a lot of karaoke places and this is one of the worst I've been to. Walk in, my shoes are sticking to the floor. Room was spacious but once everyone got singing it was hot as heck. No A/C? On a hot June day? Food is decent but service is terrible. Not very friendly and one person to service the whole place is ridiculous. Took forever to get food/drinks. System to load the songs is not very easy to navigate. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place when there are much better karaoke places in the city.
