So this is another sequel of JR's order. I'm his friend the one allergic to onions and not only did they completely mess up the order which was fine I guess at the start because we were hoping for a re-delivery they cancelled the re-delivery and then we called DoorDash to get a refund and the DoorDash agent tried calling the subway to get us a refund. They didn't answer that agent from DoorDash. Moral of the story they get minimum wage, but they don't even do the minimum so we should lower their wages at least at this specific subway

‼️I wouldn’t go to this location again. ❗️I showed a worker my free sub coupon after scanning, and even though it seemed to go through, he kept insisting that he couldn’t see if it was applied and asked multiple times if I had already redeemed it. He also said one of the subs wasn’t eligible for the coupon, but when I checked their website at home, it clearly showed it was eligible. To make things worse, when I got home and checked my account, the coupon was marked as redeemed — even though I never received the free sub. Very disappointing experience.

I am extremely disgusted with the experience I had at your Subway outlet. The service was not just bad. it was outright unacceptable. The staff behaved carelessly, had zero professionalism, and clearly had no interest in serving customers properly. It honestly felt like basic customer service is a foreign concept to them.

The food quality was even worse. The vegetables were stale, the bread tasted old, and the sandwich was thrown together without the slightest attention to hygiene or standards. For a brand as big as Subway, this level of negligence is not just disappointing — it’s embarrassing.

If this is what Subway now considers “service,” then your reputation is in serious danger. I expect immediate action, strict accountability, and a response explaining how such an outlet is even allowed to operate under your brand name.

Fix this mess before more customers walk away from Subway for good.

Walked into the restaurant RIGHT before closing, and despite the time, Swapnil took the time to carefully make our order with attention to detail and a friendly disposition. We had a nice conversation that went beyond pleasantries, and the sandwich was as satisfying as any Subway sandwich I've had.

Omkar did an excellent job! He helped me pick a sub combination that turned out to be absolutely wonderful — it's now going to be my go-to order. The worker last night on April 26th at 11pm was extremely rude, I walked in and asked if I could use the washroom, he replied with an attitude that I could not use it, when I asked why, he said that he’s cleaning it. Cleaning the bathroom while on shift? I asked him how he could clean the bathroom while on shift with customers walking in he said he can go while customers aren’t there. Closing shift duties such as washroom cleaning are usually done after the shift, for multiple reasons. Unacceptable attitude and quality of work. i took a video of the encounter but sadly google reviews only allows you to attach photos 🤷🏽‍♀️

Store is clean and not so busy. The staff, Swapnil, is kind, friendly and seems to know what he is doing. Service is quick and food is warm to enjoy.
