0 stars for this locationThis lady asked me if I wanted my sub cheese and toasted I said yes please!She put it in the MICROWAVE!!!!And then proceeded to tell me that the toaster was broken when I asked her why she put my sub in the microwave!Like this is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever encountered here!The fact that you don’t communicate with the customer that the toaster isn’t working WHY would you offer to have my sub toasted.The WORST subway locationSo unprofessional

It was an amazing experience here, this subway is far way better than any other subway on lawrence and keele st. Their staff is very supportive and always give extra to me when ever i come.

I recently had a positive experience at Subway that I would like to share. I had ordered a 6-inch Subway sandwich, but unfortunately, I was mistakenly charged for a 12-inch one. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by one of the workers named Poojan. He acknowledged the mistake and kindly offered not to charge me for the next 6-inch subway I order in the future. I found this gesture to be very considerate and thoughtful.

Cockroaches on the meat last week I was there ordering food for me and my wife when I noticed a dead cockroach on the ham. I immediately cancelled my order and told the guy I didn’t want the food anymore after seeing that. They didn’t seem to happy but I could care less clean your damn building this subway is dirty and the employees know they have roaches because when I asked what is that he said it’s a cockroach. I will be reporting them to the health inspector.

I got a 12 inch turkey Sandwich, it looked and it was loaded with toppings and sauce.There were new buyers of the building who were more kind then the last workers that were here when I came to eat.Also mentioning a nice man named Poojan, who was really fast with my sandwhich and asked if I wanted extra toppings too.The place was really clean all tables had no trash or sauce on it which was really nice but a bit of recent floor trash.Really great place! Kind workers! 9.8/10. ?

The pretty girl had a great attitude, paid a lot of attention to the details. She was very cheerful and happy to do her job. Even with the store full of people behind me, she stayed calm during the pressure and did her work fast and accurately. It was a great experience.

It took them more than 1 hour to send my order, horrible.
The guys in evening are the best but the girl in mornings is literally the reason this store is falling behind. She makes angry faces and expressions when asked to cut chicken in smaller pieces, would sigh if told to add salt and pepper and can’t even cut a sub in two equal halves. Was she not trained??The attitude she has is not made for food chains. Either get rid of her or keep losing customers.Thank you

I don't normally write reviews but I honestly don't know how else to let my feelings out right now. I am not one to really complain at all but when someone makes a mistake I don't really make a big deal about it but I do let them know so they can know for next time...I stopped in to this location the other night and I had a coupon for 2 can dine 6inch combos, I was picking up my little brother from work and I was already working for over 10 hours and my little bro just finished his shift at work too so we both were hungry and exhausted. We thought we would use the coupon to get a bite before we went home to go to bed. the person working said that we can use that coupon so we ordered our 6 inch subs and paid. The worker gave us our subs but did not give us our drink or option of a cookie or chips...I was a bit confuse but I didn't care much about the cookie or chip but we just wanted our drink as we were thirsty. the worker started helping the next customer so we patiently waited and then they came back to us and we asked about our drink and that it was supposed to come with one and the worker said no it wasn't....I said it even showed on the picture that it came with it. the writing said it too but I was too tired to carry it all on. the worker insisted that 1 6inch alone would normally be $11 or so without a coupon, and that they just put the picture of the drink to make it stand out more and to basically make the sandwich look better, the worker took my coupon when I ordered like they normally do but couldn't they just of looked at it again to make sure? I did not think to even say it because like I said we just wanted to eat and go and who knows sometimes when we are tired we read things wrong so maybe I was wrong....We both were already very tired so we just paid for 2 fountain drinks extra, ate and left. I had 1 more of the coupon paper with all the subway coupons at home aside from the ones I had one me because we got it in the mail and the lady next door gives me theirs because they do not go there....I looked at the same coupon that we used that night to make sure and I was right, it was supposed to come with 2 drinks and 2 cookies or chips. money is already tough enough with this economy and its already hard enough to get by so that's why I use coupons to help save a few bucks here and there when I can. I am not an angry person that often but this just kind of upset me and I just needed to say it somewhere where I could get it out and vent to feel better

Went there around 1pm on Sept 10, 2023 and the person who worked there seemed like she doesn't like what she was doing. Did not greet us or smile at all. So unfriendly. And I intend to use my coupons but did not even bother to tell my that I wont be able to use it on the sandwich that I ordered. Only told me when I was about to pay when I told her from the beginning that I will be using my coupons. I will not be coming back at this location!
