Will never recommend this location. I asked for extra cucumbers and extra green peppers in my veg footlong subway. Did received less than standard quantity. Only 4 piece cucumber in footlong. And when I called in to complaint, the guy was literally laughing over phone and saying I made and I put standard, will put extra next time. So rude guy, when I mentioned I received 4 pieces cucumber, he said he put 8, and rudely said ok next time and cut the call. No customer service, waste of money at this location.
Will complaint to head office for sure.

skimped out on toppings, my subway was so small that they put it in the same bag you get cookies from them in 😭 (unless that’s what they typically do for flatbread subs???). bread wasn’t fresh/ tasted old.

Used the app, picked up, everything was punctual but the subs barely had any ingredients in it! Do not buy if you are looking for a meal only good for a snack!

Tbh i hardly give one star to people but this subway really needs to work on their employee interacting with customers. It is felt that they hate bases of colour of my skin and always and i feel like intentionally messes up my order

I visited this location last weekend and there was absolutely zero care put into making my sandwich. The worker put majority of my toppings on one half of my sandwich. She then cut it very awkwardly and evidently not in half at all. While paying I ordered a combo, but the fountain had no drinks that actually tasted alright. I was offered no replacement from the fridge or anything. Overall very disappointing in how to staff were conducting themselves.

The people working there didn’t seem like they wanted us to get the food we paid for. The sandwiches are considerably smaller than other Subways. They also charge a premium on all subs and some toppings as well. Would not recommend.

The people who are serving are cutting down portions smaller than the spoon they use. The portions of the sub are super small and everything you get as toppings are also cut down to an extreme level. I got upcharged prices on the subs and toppings and the sub just looks sad. The sub I got (teriyaki chicken) should’ve been about 12.50+tax, I got crispy onions as a topping and server charged me for a teriyaki crunch which was about 16.50+ tax. Wouldn’t recommend to go here when you can get more (and better) food for cheaper around the quad.

I had an awful experience. What’s with the attitude? I’m not expecting a smile, I understand you are tired—it happens. I’ve been there twice in the evenings, and both times the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude. He gave far less protein and veggies than expected. When I got to the billing counter, it felt like he was doing me a favor by processing my bill. To top it off, when I asked for a paper bag for my sandwich, he just flung one onto the counter. It was a completely unpleasant experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The service doesn't deserve even 1 star. It's only one guy available to serve, placed an online order with toast, and grilled. When open, the sub, it neither toasted nor grilled, the guy even doesn't know how to hold sub and put in the paper bag properly. The guy needs training.

There this one employee working on Tuesday evening it’s a male white or Italian looking he is so rude always has an attitude and when I ask for extras veggies he puts less then normal. He has no manners and he doesn’t know how to talk and treat customers. But there’s a lady working with him on tuesdays she always makes the sandwich perfect she deverses a raise but this guy needs some lessens on how to talk and treat customers
