I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the service feel unwelcoming. The store was filthy, with dirty tables, trash all over the floor, and overflowing bins. This location clearly lacks basic hygiene and customer care. Management urgently needs to address these issues.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The service was extremely poor—staff were not only unhelpful but downright rude. They seemed irritated by basic questions and made the whole experience feel unwelcome.

The condition of the store was even worse. There was rubbish scattered around the floor, the trash bins were overflowing, and the tables were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It felt unhygienic and uninviting to sit and eat there.

I usually enjoy Subway for its quick service and fresh food, but this location really failed to meet even the most basic standards. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements, especially in cleanliness and customer service.

These people are all class. Always so nice and they’ve given me free Smokey honey mustard before to go, even when I offered to pay. I also saw them give a homeless girl a lunch for free.

Totally disappointed! No greetings at first! If one orders veggie delite, there should be enough veggies, not just stuffed with lettuce, when asked for crispy onions the server only kept 2 pieces as if she was giving out of her share! If you guys don’t want to serve then say we are closed but treat the customers well! We do pay for the food!

I was really disappointed with the Veggie Delight Subway sandwich. The sandwich had very few vegetables, and what was included was barely noticeable. On top of that, the grill machine wasn’t working, which ruined the overall experience. Definitely not worth the money. I expected much better quality.

The washroom was not working. Then we were informed that the toaster is not working. The employees informed us that it’s not been working since morning. They should be giving a heads up to their customers about the toaster at the least. Horrible experience.

Go to different location. Have no idea how to make a sandwich.
Only sprinkled a couple of toppings...as few as possible. Guess they think it will save few cents by skimping. Instead lost customers for good. Other locations are great.

They don't know how to run a biz. Won't ever go back.
