Messed up my entire mobile order for pickup. Not a single thing was right.

So I hate to say it when we walked in the place looked clean and welcoming and the staff member who was working seemed friendly enough but when making my sub he put it in the panini press and burned the crap out of it like to the point where the sub and paper was black and burned the paper into the sub and then when another customer intervened and told him that wasn't safe to serve anymore he then became a bit rude but reluctantly made me a new one the toppings were all slimy though wish I could have been able to tell before hand the lettuce was actively rotting though so possibly my own fault (didn't get the lettuce) for eating there but the second sandwich had a bunch of hairs in it and was just really slimy and off putting and to boot the cross contamination was unreal there and then i was charged for the wrong sandwich and when bringing that to the employees attention he became argumentative and because I'm not a confrontational person i just moved on and paid for the wrong sandwich which was like 4 bucks more then the one I ordered. Woke up the next day with food poisoning and I didn't even the finish the sub had a few bites and knew something wasn't right. as the moral of the story dont go here. If there was a surprise health and safety inspection they would probably have to close from all the things we saw during that experience.

So have had subway for years but Sad to say the location at 3119 Dufferin is basically Crap. Do not Go here. The photo of the sandwich below is absolutely nothing like what you actually get. Whilst I do not expect it to be exactly the same they gave me a footlong with 2 slices of Ham 2 Turkey and 2 Bacon ao one slice of each per 6 inches and a ton of toppings. I had to dig deep to find the meat and the slices were half as thick as they used to be. I will never buy another subway again, the competition is a much better product. I would give ZERO stars but its not possible

This is a typical subway sandwich location. It’s located on the second floor of a commercial building so you have to go up a flight upstairs. It’s on the smaller side with seating for about 10 people. The staff is friendly and they prepared my order very quickly. There is free parking on the side of the building. Probably about seven or eight spots.

Came in and the lady was probably making an online order as there was no one else in the store. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes and there was no hi/hello or any acknowledgement at all so I just left. Zero customer service.

I bought a snack sub today and I couldn't eat it, I had to through it in the garbage because it had a strong odor like underarm smell not good. Cleanliness where they serve the toppings have to improve.

This was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The worst of it being the employee couldn’t redeem my points ($14 worth). He tried 6 times. Finally I just paid by card and left. I go to check my point balance, only to see my entire account was drained (I had over 3400 points).This is not the first time this location has messed up. They’ve refused legitimate subway coupons before, claiming that it’s up to the location if they want to participate.And they skimp you incredibly on the food.Never. Ever. Again.
