Awful customer service! After I ate my food that I ordered for me and for my wife, I ask the server if I can use the washroom but they refuse. She's saying it's out of service! How come? My wife just use the washroom and also There's 2 washroom and you cannot provide even 1 washroom to your customers? I decided to go to the Burger King just to use washroom. I'm not coming back to this location. That lady server sucks!!! THANKS BURGER KING FOR LETTING CUTOMERS TO USE WASHROOM. SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY!!!

Literally showed up at 11:30pm and watched the staff lock the door. Extremely inconsiderate. If you advertise that youâre open until midnight then you stay open until midnight. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be returning to this location.

I am writing to share an incident that occurred at this location on 18 August 2025 at approximately 6:15 PM. I came in to order a Sub of the Day. When I asked for it, the individual who identified himself as the owner stated that the Sub of the Day is not offered at this location. I then asked about the available bread options, and the individual began speaking to me in a rude and argumentative manner. When I inquired why he was giving me this attitude, he responded that âthis is his wayâ and continued arguing with me. He also refused to provide his name when I requested it. I found this behavior to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a franchisee or anyone representing Subway restaurants.

I did a online order of rice bowl and nachos. They said they dont made nachos and instead of refund they gave me two packet of chips. They did not put s spoon to eat the rice bowl so i throw the rice bowl. Never recommend

Went here today at 3pm, the woman working there has disgusting customer service. Incredibly rude and short with me. Didnât change gloves between customers and gave horrible attitude. Should be fired!!!!! Will not be coming back

Subway is a dying franchise. It's more so the people these franchisee chooses to hire. Perfect example is this location. I'm convinced this girl is being held against her will to work there. DO NOT COME HERE, food is especially gross at this location. $20 for a terrible sub, and terrible services. No, thank you!

I entered at 9:30 pm and the guy working says were closed but on Google maps it says its open until 10:30pm. Either fix the closing time or stop the cap.

I ordered here and waited for them for freaking 10 mins and i kept calling them to take my order. They were literally only using their phone and not taking any orders. When they heard people calling them they got quiet and nobody came out. They are always inside everytime i ordered!!!
At night, I went out to purchase a sandwich, but I was disappointed to find that the chicken was served cold. To make matters worse, I observed that the woman who prepared my sandwich did not wash her hands or change her gloves, raising significant concerns about hygiene standards. Consequently, I discarded the sandwich, feeling that my money was wasted. Overall, my experience at this store was extremely disappointing.

My experience here was phenomenal. Today I came at 6pm. The girl who served me was amazing. She kept me entertained while making my food. This rarely happens nowadays. Moreover, restaurant was neat and clean.

Old woman is extremely rude. Was on the phone for 10mins and kept waving her finger for me to wait. Finally I told her I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work for her to serve me. Then she was very cheap with toppings and sauce. I had to ask if the sauce came out of her paycheck? To top it off I got it toasted twice, and it still was not toasted right. Obviously something wrong with the toasted or needs to be turned up. Avoid this location at all costs!!
