Had a horrible experience in this Subway by the employee Lays, he unnecessarily rude and spoilt my meal. This is the third time Lays has spoilt my experience in subway.
He has a short temper. But looking at the vast reviews about him, I don't think any action will be taken.
Hope subway's team can retrain him on how to speak to customers, and maybe some anger management.

Ordered two subways today and instructions were not followed. We asked for multigrain bread for one and got Italian herbs and cheese. They also forgot to add olives in one and did not add any extra veggies as requested (they were even lesser than regular)

The guy working at this subway store named ‘Lay’ is extremely rude. My cousin had to walk out of the store due to his arrogant attitude and extremely rude behavior. I went inside and placed the order on her behalf and asked him that she was placing the same order - he literally ignored; avoided eye contact; said ok here’s your receipt. Someone working at a restaurant with this attitude will only bring negative customer experience - this is our nearest sub but we will ensure we never visit this store again. The store owner/manager should be looking into the quality of customer service being provided by the staff. Poor service and experience; I have never seen such cold behavior from anyone working in this industry

The store employees are so rude. They won’t let you connect with the manager to pass your complaint, rather say that they are the manager themselves. Very arrogant behaviour as if they are paying for my food. Would have given 0 stars if possible

The place was very clean, dining area and the sandwich unit both! I am a regular here and I keep coming back here for a reason. Really good customer service by the guy who works here. I think his name is Lay. Would definitely recommend to others too. I also noticed a few bad reviews about him but i assure you ignore them and go! Nobody can be inviting and can keep smiling the whole day ??‍♂️

Lav at this Subway location is fantastic! He's always accurate and patient, making sure every sub is made just right. He's also meticulous about cleanliness, wearing gloves and cleaning thoroughly. It's reassuring to see him prioritize hygiene.

Khushi is very welcoming. Great offers going on now! I was delighted with new set of vegitarian options. Only thing to complain was the place gets warm for dine in with large windows. Would definitely return!
