My Subway account was hacked and someone placed an order on it. I called the store immediately while they were making the order and told them it was fraud, but they said they couldn’t cancel it and told me to call the manager today. I don’t understand why a fraudulent order on my account couldn’t be cancelled.

Today was the first day I met the woman at the counter. She was super sweet and pleasantly welcomed me when I walked in. She had such a friendly aura and it was very refreshing! I come to this location fairly regularly and the service is always good but she elevated my experience today. The sandwiches were delicious and the cookies were freshly baked! I never get them this fresh, lol.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out she was the owner. Great attitude and an exemplary business owner. Thank you for keeping your location to the standard you because there are a few other locations in the area and needless to say, they lack severely.

To any Muslim customers please be aware as one of the ladies working there used the same gloves from the order before me for the meat and veggie toppings. I would recommend this restaurant uses tongs for veggies.
