Would I recommend?
Yes
How’s the food?
the food tastes good here, it’s one of my more preferred brunch spot, and I come here quite regularly. I wish they had more coffee and tea choices like good lattes, I would give the food five stars if they had that.
How’s the service?
the staff here are friendly and helpful.
How’s the ambiance?
nothing fancy, but feels very cozy. There is one single person washroom in the back, decently clean.

I recently ordered an English breakfast, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The overall quality was well below expectations. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery, the bacon was greasy and lacked flavor, and the sausage tasted cheap and overly processed. The baked beans were bland and lukewarm, and the toast arrived soggy instead of crisp. Even the tomatoes and mushrooms, which usually add a nice touch, were underseasoned and poorly cooked.

Tulasi is an amazing person and always makes my time at Sunshine spot so enjoyable. This is a great neighborhood breakfast spot you can’t miss.
Great place for brunch! Dharshana was an amazing server and went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. The food and service were both outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved going here weekly with my family for over 15 years, I went to go to have brunch today around 1:30 (Google and sign outside says they close at 3:30) I walked in to grab a seat and they told me it’s Sunday we’re closing early we close at 3 (it’s Saturday and even on Sunday it says they close at 3:30) they then said oh there was an emergency and that’s why we’re closing. Two different stories? That’s funny. They then offered me takeout, if you’re closing early why can you still offer me takeout? I’m extremely disappointed in this service I’ve had only great experiences with family and friends for the past 15 years but now I’ll have to find a new breakfast spot as I can’t support a business that lies to customers and closes early because they’re too lazy to stay open until their listed closing time. Very very disappointing

This is my husband and my go-to breakfast / brunch place when we're in town. Food is great, and the Eggs Benedict is my favorite. Service is nice and friendly.

Just the most solid little restaurant. The Sunshine Breakfast is a gem, and great value!
We stumbled upon this place waiting for Ikea to open, and wow—what a hidden gem!
Hands down, a locally owned restaurant beats any franchise, and this one absolutely proves it.
My omelette was delicious, packed with flavor, and the portion was more than generous.
The service? Outstanding! Our waitress was warm, cheerful, and made us feel so welcome.
We loved everything about it and can’t wait to come back. Keep up the amazing work
