Food was excellent! Had the Korean Bulgogi. Would definitely recommend.
Really appreciate the bigger portions for the price. Food consistently tastes pretty good and staff is always friendly.
I have eaten from Sushi-Q many times and I always enjoy the sushi, I have always had a pleasant experience! However, unfortunately today I received a mouldy pair of chop sticks. I received it unopened and when I opened it, it was filled with mould and dust. I called them twice to let them know without having to post about it publicly, but nobody answered the phone.
I always get the bulgogi with rice and egg and it has always been delicious. The kimchi here is also very good . The service is always good. Very fast and the woman there is always very polite and friendly . I love going here for lunch.

Had 3 meals: overpriced, tasteless, undercooked, overcooked. How is this place operating? Does not mean its a fast food, that quality should also be below par. Wondering if all locations are like this
Ramen, had eggshells, broth tasted like water, tasted like an actual grocery bought ramen
Chicken was overcooked and its hard to pull apart.
Tempura all breading except sweet potato YET Is it undercooked.maybe cut it thinner or cook it longer?
To the manager of this location, kindly look at what your franchise is serving. Yes, most of the customers are students however it does not mean the food should be lacking.

Wonderful food and we could take our time eating our dinner. That is the first time to your restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed it except for a woman in the seat behind us was very loud.
Parking: Now that we have found your restaurant, we will certainly return when we have trip to Toronto and stay at the Holiday Inn express

I tried the chicken mayo, hoping for a flavourful rice dish. Unfortunately, the rice was drowning in sauce, resembling a soupy consistency rather than a balanced meal. I had to order extra rice, costing me an additional $3. While hesitant to complain, I'll likely stick to their sushi next time.

The food is pretty good there and service is reasonably good as well (waiting time is 7-15 minutes)! The cooked foods are the ones that take a bit of waiting time but the food comes out fresh, hot, and delicious. My go to has been the regular tteokboki! As some people say, it is asian spicy, not white spicy ?.It would be a better atmosphere if music was played in the background. Probably k-pop or pop, Korean songs for the sake of the foods culturally made in Korea.

Sushi Q at YorkU is my go-to place for lunch when Iām on campus! If youāre looking for some good Korean food and Japanese food / (lots of sushi) or want to warm up with a bowl of ramen, Iād recommend coming here! Iāve only ordered the ramen dishes and bibimap at this place, but theyāre pretty good and priced decently :) Their bibimap is tasty, although, the fried egg is a bit cold, so ask them to make it hot! They only have 3 different ramen dishes: miso, tonkotsu, and shoyu. To be honest, all 3 of them are very similar to each, except the miso ramen broth seems to be more salty and more flavourful while the meat is more fatty. For the shoyu ramen, the broth seems to be more refined and the meat has less fat, as well and similar to Chinese barbecued pork. For the tonkotsu, I couldnāt really find differences, in comparison to the other two, so Iād say just to pick whichever one you want, honestly. They offer either medium ($14 including tax) or large ($15 including tax) size for their ramens, but Iād say to choose size large, instead itās only a dollar more and youāll get 3 pieces of meat instead of 2 and a bit more noodles, but again, there is not much difference in terms of the sizing between the medium and large. The service is decent; thereās only 2 employees as far as I know: one Korean woman who I believe is the main chef and then the cashier who will occasionally clean and prepare the order. The wait time would be at most 15-20 minutes if theyāre busy, and usually, most people do take-out here rather than dine-in. There is not much seating in the restaurant and it is a bit tight, though, but itās alright, considering that the store isnāt that big. There is one washroom available for customers though, but I suggest you use the washroom at one of the school buildings before heading into the store. Overall, the staff are pretty friendly and it is relatively good East-Asian food on campus, compared to other locations at YorkU Keele :) In my opinion, itās way better than Basil Box at the Quad, Thai Express in York Lanes, and the Asian Pop-Up shops within DB & CS!
