Note this location does not take the franchises sushi shop loyalty rewards nor can you collect them. Overall this place is good in terms of service and atmosphere. The part that needs improving is the food. Please improve your poke bowl portions. I ordered the salmon and tuna poke bowl around 12pm on Thursday August 29 and it was okay at best. For the same price or more as other poke places (Poke box, Poke eats) the proportion of rice is too high compared to fish, vegetables and other toppings. Fish has a strong frozen taste and texture compared to other sushi and poke restaurants across the city. Other toppings and sauces are good but are not enough to account for the large rice portion.

Came here to sit down in this empty establishment, test out a laptop charger I just purchased and the gentleman raised his voice to pressure me to make an order.
You serve the students of this University and it is a privilege for you to collect money from them and their parents paycheques. Treat them with some respect.
Edit: Notice how their copy and pasted response asks me for a receipt even though its clear I didnt purchase anything? Absolutely disgusting people do not give these people your money.

I bought a poke ball. Unfortunately this was the worst poke ball I have ever had. The bowl was filled with majority lettuce which made an odd taste and texture. I would avoid this establishment especially given the high price.

Never tried sushi before, but chose this place for my first time after a class. Loved the chicken Teriyaki so so much, shared it with friends and they said the same. Every time I’m on campus i get it for lunch. And even now that i have no summer classes I still try to stop there whenever Im in the area. Also soy sauce makes it soo much tastier
Dietary restrictions: Allergic to avocados, they always switched it out perfectly with carrots for me

Service was very bad as they rush you even when there is no one else. You didnt even tap ur card to pay and they already left to go elsewhere. Food was super overpriced for what u get. They also dont honor what is on the menu such as poke bowl saying you can choose ur base, but u really dont have a choice. Staff chuckled in the worse way when she told me, "no choice for u".Sucks that this is one of the only sushi place on campus. Im a huge poke and sushi person, but I was beyond disappointed in this place.
