Our server, Rebecca, last night was THE best that we’ve ever had. We have been to many locations of Swiss Chalet in Toronto but we think that the food at your Bayview & Cummer location is the tastiest. We also think that the manager, Natalie, does a really good job. Our only negative comment is that we think that that the restaurant needs a facelift.

Great service however, the entrance automatic door needs to be fixed, and I have been told from the manager that she has put this request in several times. I am blind with a guy dog and would appreciate that this get fixed as soon as possible.

Very disappointing service. My daughter politely asked the waitress for crayons. The waitress responded by saying she was busy and that my daughter should get them herself. While saying this, she rolled her eyes and shook her head.
This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially when speaking to a child. We were surprised by the attitude and expected a more courteous response.

Tried to make an order and they cancelled my order twice in a row. For no reason. Did not give an explanation or anything -- just cancelled my order immediately. But it is still accepting orders on the app, so I don't understand why they're rejecting my order.

We live in the neighborhood and decided to do dinner here tonight after years. We sat in a booth which had dirty seat with stains. The ceiling was really dirty and restaurant not updated from us eating there 10 years ago. There was flies in the booth that would not leave. The worst part was there was a hair in my husband's rack of ribs. Pretty disgusting. They offered not to charge for his meal and offered him a replacement meal/dessert at no cost. Seriously, who would want to eat anything there after that experience. Our entire meal should not have been charged for. Disgusting experience.
Amazing service and food!! Our waitress Wendy went above and beyond, she was the highlight of our night :) will be back soon!

Have been coming to Swiss chalet for around 20 years! This location in specific! John the owner has always been an amazing man! We have had many star waiters/ waitresses over the years.. but we have to say currently ANDREW is by far one of the best! He is fast, friendly, attentive, thoughtful, kind, and proficient! Danny was our main server for years but Andrew has really taken amazing care of us! We usually will do takeout but Andrew makes us come back weekly! Just for the service! In todays world food service like him is very very hard to find! Keep it up! Take care of Andrew! And as always the food is amazing! Please don’t ever leave this location! Keep it up Swiss chalet!
