Our server, Rebecca, last night was THE best that we’ve ever had. We have been to many locations of Swiss Chalet in Toronto but we think that the food at your Bayview & Cummer location is the tastiest. We also think that the manager, Natalie, does a really good job. Our only negative comment is that we think that that the restaurant needs a facelift.

Great service however, the entrance automatic door needs to be fixed, and I have been told from the manager that she has put this request in several times. I am blind with a guy dog and would appreciate that this get fixed as soon as possible.

Have been coming to Swiss chalet for around 20 years! This location in specific! John the owner has always been an amazing man! We have had many star waiters/ waitresses over the years.. but we have to say currently ANDREW is by far one of the best! He is fast, friendly, attentive, thoughtful, kind, and proficient! Danny was our main server for years but Andrew has really taken amazing care of us! We usually will do takeout but Andrew makes us come back weekly! Just for the service!...
