Was served raw chicken as shown in the photos. When this was brought to the attention of the server, explanation given was that it’s a young chicken.

Went for my bday with family and the place was a ghost town - server was nice but the place was dingy, food was not good and they didn’t have a lot of supplies. Find another one.

My double leg dinner with fries was spot on as it always is. Service was fast and friendly. The kids enjoyed the meals they ordered (cheeseburger and mac & cheese balls).
Kid-friendliness: Kid’s menu and activities on the placemat.
Parking: Large free parking lot.

Poor service-owners arguing. Had to call for service. Teens who worked there came out to serve us. Told us we couldn't order a large soda with two small cups. One set of tomatos out looked bad. Second set of ok. Bathrooms and restaurant overall not sanitary. No sign out by Toronto Public Health indicating it passed inspection. I reported incident today to Toronto Public Health.

Amit was amazing.. kept the bottomless ice teas flowing.. attentive and caring.. we have done many locations but this one has the largest chicken portion size.. that is enough reason to keep coming back for take out or dine in..Thanks

I don’t really go to Swiss chalet that often but I always order five crispy chicken tenders ( no toss ) with fries, Swiss chalet sauce and plum sauce. It’s so good! The service is really good. I love Swiss! I will definitely come again once a while! The staff are really nice and patiently. They never rush me to finish eating.

Stopped in today at 2:30 p.m. No one at the service desk. One couple waiting for food. Finally inquired at the Harvey's side and was told they would be right with us. When no one came I picked up our menus for us, but when the server delivered the wrong food to the only other people there we left to eat elsewhere.

Nightmare of an experience. Severely understaffed - only 1 person for the entire front of house. Cutting corners on food. Missing items not served. Lots of basics out of stock. 45 mins to get water. Almost 1hr15mins to get food.There is a management problem at this location. Cutting costs in every way possible and it’s leaving patrons with a very soured experience.Lots of mumbling complaints. People were getting out of their seats and lining up to get the servers attention.Will be going out of our way to another Swiss chalet. Avoid this location if you want to finish your dinner in under 2 hrs ?
Not many people and comfy to have early dinner at this restaurant. We received a coupon and a good deal indeed. Chicken and baked potato were good.

This deserves a 0/5 because my friends and I wanted to get dinner and they stated that its close at 8pm where the outside door states that the hours close at 930 and online states it as well. The employee did not explain why they are closed other than they said it was closed. This is very unfair and will not come back.

Generous portions of juicy chicken, stuffing & fries. Popped in for holiday meal deal & wow was it great! Avoided SC for years due to bad quality but this location is onnn point. Also large dining room & loads of parking/on transit.

Came to this location to enjoy a lovely meal after work with my wife. But, this turned out to be a nightmare for the both of us. I ordered a quarter chicken meal with baked potato with bun and chicken noodle soup. The waiter brought my appetizer first which was the chicken noodle soup and the idiot wound up spilling my soup and smiled and said he was sorry and kept smiling.So, unprofessional. Mash potato was hard on the inside and was not cooked long enough. Probably nuked it in the microwave and slapped it on my ?️ plate. Chicken was uncooked inside too? This is literally the second disappointment that we’ve had eating in Toronto. Absolutely disgusting. My wife’s chickens pot pie was rock hard and not cooked well either. Which leads me to say, your bathrooms are very unclean and utterly filthy and disgusting. How can you get away with uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions regarding public bathrooms. I honestly think this location should be shut down due to not following proper health measures and guidelines with proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Have your corporate managers contact me, we want better quality service and a better experience at Swiss Chalet.
