After eaten half of the vegetable and beef noodle combo, I found there was a round piece of cardboard inside the food. I went to the counter to exchange, but the lady only wanted to give me a vegetable noodle without beef. She said I almost finished the beef. After arguing, she reluctantly put a little bit beef in.

The server that you see pictured here is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Firstly, if you don’t want to give out samples before someone orders, don’t make the option available. Secondly, instead of handing my food to me while my arm was stretched to receive it, she dropped it on the counter.
This woman’s piss-poor attitude does not make me excited to even try this plate of food. If you don’t like being on the frontline, go in the back! I promise you, no one will miss you!
I won’t ever patronize this establishment again and would not recommend ANYONE visiting them whenever she is serving.

I came here yesterday, to eat and dine …when it’s time the staff to scoop the prepared food into my plates ..? I saw the ..VERY oily noodles ..but I don’t want to ask her to put it back on the serving tray ..and then?? The chilli chicken pair to my noodles ..the server drop one piece of the ..lane ..out of the tray . And you know what she’ did? She push it back to the food tray where they will serve it to people !! it’s in the counter already ! Using the spatula she kick back the “ drop chicken meat back to ..the tray . I kinda ..don’t like to say something . I saw one lady speaking Chinese So . I still eat the noodles ..and it’s not cheap to be honest …I did not finish it. I ask the guy to give me a bag so I can take it home. But I told them it’s too oily. ! He apologized
The ..the end of it ? I went to the washroom and …got minor LBM

Terrible experience! I picked my food, and then another server came and took items off my plate and put them back. That’s extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Will not be coming back.

I work behind Fairview Mall so I come and get lunch from here atleast twice a week.
I got take out for dinner today at around 5:40 pm and the older Asian lady was being very stingy with the portion and generally the other ladies do a good job during lunch, so when I told her that she served very little eggplant, she said “No Extra, No No Extra” and she was being so rude! She can keep all the eggplant for herself, I’m going to go to Shanghai 360 or Bourbon Grill the next time! You don’t deserve my business!

The Chinese lady serving foods to customers really is miserable and rude. The low ratings here and the one-star reviews are a proof that this chain has miserable employees making transactions unpleasant. Went there and I got Manchurian chicken and it wasn’t good. Very soggy and stale. The fried rice isn’t cooked very well. It was hard and you can still taste and eat the fresh rice grain. The quality is despicable and they should just close.
