I found hair in my food, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, no one even apologized for it. The manager, Lin, was not available, and the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.

I became violently ill for 48 hours after eating here. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, etc. Almost ended up in hospital. Worst food poisoning of my life. I will be contacting Toronto Public Health. AVOID!!!!

The food here is really bad. I ordered vegetables and a side rice and noodles. The vegetables were completely soaked with oil. It was both so disgusting and unhealthy. A complete waste of money.

I don’t usually write a review on google, but today, I had a pretty bad experience with Szechuan Express. I ordered the shrimp har gow, and it tasted terrible. The wrapper was hard, like a rock, and it didn’t feel fresh at all—seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. I was really disappointed, and there was hardly any shrimp inside. I couldn’t even eat it.

I was calling my doctor for stomach pains and diarrhea today, I was sorry I never ate there again.
Had a great meal at Szechuan in Yorkdale Mall! The place is always spotless, and the food is consistently flavorful. Only downside is when they’re not too busy, the noodles can come out a little cooler than expected. But overall, still a solid spot for tasty Szechuan food! ??

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE... I've always try to give these guys a chance but the food is just not good. The rice is always dry, the chicken is either cooked with too much batter or its unappealing to the point where you don't want to finish your meal. The staff always rush you, and don't seem to comprehend what your trying to tell them... one of the worst Chinese food places in the city..If you want to feel gross after you eat then order from them.. if not go next door Midori is a way better alternative to Asian cuisine.

The line moved quickly and the employee were kind. However the rice was a little dry, the chili chicken was okay, and the honey garlic chicken was dry too. I would maybe try it again.
