Went here a while ago with coupons for taco bell, was told that the place is not a taco bell. I also went a separate time and ordered a chicken sandwich combo, the combo took 40 minutes to be ready.

Not a good experience. Drink wasn’t given. Order the $5 deal for tacos but was only charged for 1 … when specifically asked for the $5 deal. Called for resolution. None was given. I always come here but after this experience I will not be returning to this location.

Went there at 10:30 but they were closed even though they said they were open till 11
Service takes way too long for the poor quality of food. I waited 15 minutes for my meal. Fast food. 15 minutes is not fast. The food was mediocre at best. I got the deluxe box. My tacos hardly had any meat in them and the bean burrito was a mess. They overfilled it and cheese was seeping out of the side... soggy and gross. Fries in the package were also fairly soggy and there were probably a total of 10 French fries in it…
Pop machine was also very watered down. Most selections I assume were out of syrup. I settled on an iced tea because it was the most normal tasting.
Only good thing about the food was the Cinnabon delights.

Worst place to order online to pick it up.. my app shows order will be ready in 20 minutes and they only prepare my order once I reach the store when I ask the cashier is not ready yet? Responsce is just 10 minutes never will order here again!

The service here is very bad! The employees as well. Either the drive thru doesn’t work or you go in before closing hours and they don’t want take your order and send you to drive thru. A few times I order and there’s almost something wrong or missing from my order, so I take my time to check before driving off and they give the annoyed energy. It’s just bad.

Went there at 10:40pm, dine in was already closed, so I tried to go to the drive thru and waited a good 5min and no one said anything once I got to the speaker. I went back around to see if it was just me, and as soon as i leave they start taking orders again. I get back in line and once it gets to me again they stop. I check on the window and just see the employees talking. Someone else asked if they were still open and the employee rudely told us to just get back in line and wait. The employees then proceed to not serve us until 11pm and then tell us they are closed... horrible service.
