After my daughter went through the drive through and they charge her for the wrong meal and she correct them they rush her out the line rather than serving the costumer infront of them and over charge her for her meal and REFUSES to give her the difference back in change. Shame and poor poor costumer service.

I ordered the chipotle ranch and was very disappointed. What I received was mostly lettuce wrapped in a tortilla with only a tiny piece of steak, barely half an inch in size. It felt like eating just lettuce, not the meal I paid for. When I reported this to the service person, their attitude was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. Overall, very poor food quality and customer service.

I always drive through every single time you request something I asked for catchup I asked for hot sauce anything they never put it in the bag they repeat it, but never put it in the bag. The service there is the worst drive-through or done in absolutely worst that I’ve ever gone to.

This so called manager was very rude. I tried to place in order in the drive through and he started yelling because I took a brief moment to think about what drink I wanted. After going in and asking for the number for head office, he told me to google it. I asked for his name he asked for mine in return. Starting shouted and being very aggressive. Terrible customer service.
